TERRIBLE - impossible to respect a schedule appointment

Terrible experience...wish I could give a "0 star" rating!!! Scheduled (3) appointments with them to come to vacation property to review job & get a quote. Told them clearly each time that I had to take off work & travel from downstate nearly 3 hours to meet them there, yet on all 3 occasions, they were a no-show. Worse yet, I had to call them each time hours after the scheduled appointment to see if they were coming only to get a "need to reschedule". Each time they confirmed that they knew of my work/travel situation.
Reading other reviews, it is clear that this poor customer service experience is not an anomaly.

Quick service, seems to be done well, and polite, friendly guys. They sealed up my flashing and put a cap on my chimney for less than I could find elsewhere. 4 stars because I feel the work needed was still overpriced.

I’ve scheduled two appointments with this company and two times they never showed up. If they can’t show up and respect people’s valuable time & schedules, then I definitely would NOT trust them to do any repairs or work in my home!

Do NOT use this company for anything! They did not complete their work after I paid them. They refuse to come back and finish the work unless I pay extra. My invoice says “insulated and sealed both sides of chimney” so they ran out of silicone halfway down my chimney, and just moved my rumpke trash can up next to the chimney so I “wouldn’t” notice. When I called back and asked them to come finish the job, the manager told me that the invoice doesn’t say that they will seal the “entire” chimney. After they were “finished” with their work they said I could start using the pellet stove, it is a VERY old stove, does not take electric, but is all good to go … we then find out that the stove does take electric! And there was no cord connection, we found the information on the back of the stove that says manufactured in 2017 … that doesn’t seem VERY old to me … I don’t even think they looked at the stove. They were also supposed to clean it, and did not do that either. They completely took advantage of me, as I couldn’t watch them work because I was watching my kids. And when they “finished” for the night, it was practically dark outside and my husband and I were putting the kids to bed so we wrote a check and got the invoice and they left … really sad to see a company take such advantage of people, and for us to lose thousands of dollars and the job not be done correctly or to its fullest extent.
