Prices are justified by the quality of the articles and the possibility of personalized gifts (music pillows with my nephew’s name printed on it).

I purchased a personalised vanity case on Shanael.com to store my everyday makeup. Fabric is in raw denim with a personalised italic font, pearl writing and an embroidered star.
Inside my vanity case is waterproof so that fabric cannot get dirty. Modern, elegant. Easy to carry in my handbag. I am very satisfied with my purchase and Shanael's customer service. Five stars!

I ordered a guitar cushion with musical option for my nephew. I was very happy when I received my item :) no bad surprise!

I ordered already 3 bedrooms with Shanael and each time we are really happy about the quality and the customer service of this company.
I found it really hard to find kids bedrooms of quality at reasonable price in the UK, until I discovered this website.
I had a small issue with a chest of drawers 2 years after the purchase date and immediately Shanael did everything in order to assist me sorting it out.
I definitely recommend this website.

Very good service, I ordered a lot of things and was always happy. I even made a list on the website for the birth of my son and was very happy about it and all the products I received. I truly recommend Shanael!

I ordered a bookshelf online. Shortly after, I got a phone call from the shop telling me the colour was no longer available. So their website is not up to date. I ordered a different colour. Again I got a phone call telling me the company had raised their prices and Shanael would now have to charge me £93 instead of £72 - that is 30% more. They make a mistake and want their customers to pay for it. I don't think so.
