I ordered one of their snatchedfit…

I ordered one of their snatchedfit butt-lifting capri shapewear from Shapelay since the 21st of October 2025 it's now January 1st 2026 and I have not received a tracking number for the shipment. Despite multiple emails sent to their customer service no one has gotten back to me with any information as to where, when or how I will get a refund... I am starting to thing that this company Shapelay is a SCAM😞

Doesn't like the truth and pulls it down by lying

I wrote a review on shapely and I told him I would continue to write reviews because they too like to take advantage of fat people trying to get shit skinny or let's say healthy that's better and that's basically it the price was good service was horrible but I didn't have to worry about them getting me product cuz I could get it in town not like zealthy who ships to you and then you're in their hands to get good product well shapely leaves it up to you but if you don't have a dollar if you have $98 they're not about to do your service even though you want to stay on track and this and that and you've been going through them for 2 months always having the money they get snippy over a dollar so they cut me off because the lady didn't like me complaining cuz if you complain they'll cut you off the medication cold turkey not referring you anywhere else and you have nowhere else to go and you tell them this and they could care less why because you made a complaint about the person you were dealing with cuz the person you're dealing with wasn't going to make an exception you have a 12 year old boy you're dealing with who sounds so ridiculously uncomfortable talking to anybody it's got to be somebody's little brother or you've got somebody that doesn't speak English so good luck with them but all I know is they cut me off cold turkey out of meanness and I knew they were going to they didn't tell me gave me last minute deals after they made me wait for 2 weeks. Left me high and dry.

It was a big mistake buying from this terrible company Lousy customer service. I bought 2 bras thinking they had soft padding. They have under wire inserts. I asked for them to be changed because unfortunately I have had breast cancer and was told never to wear underwire bras again. They won’t give me back money and they won’t change the bras. ITS NOT THEIR POLICY. WHY NOT? Because they don’t have any Customer Service

Regret

I purchased three bras due to their sale. Before I purchased I emailed them and asked if it was a wrong fit, could I do an exchange and they replied and yes I would have to pay for shipping but the sizes could be exchanged. I received the three bras and tried one out for the day. I was self conscious all day. The top of my breasts were not supported at all and was barely covered. Like the other poster stated, the best thing about this bra is the back coverage. I have emailed them with no success response.

Waste of time and money

Waste of time and money. Bought 4 bras and none of the performed as advertised. There was zero side support. Horrible nonstandard return policy. First I had to email a photo of the bras and the packaging. Then the refund was denied because there was not a defect or damage.

This is the worst place ever!!!!!!! I ordered some bread, it took over a month for them to come, I send 26 emails and was told that I can't get a refund because it was delivered correctly, I don't want these items, it took too long and I never even opened the package, they don't have a phone number, horrible, please don't purchase anything from them, not even worth the experience, I will be contacting the better business bureau in them!!!!! Just terrible!!!!! I asked for the order to be canceled 3 weeks later before three items shipped and was told I couldn't cancel, why????

Don’t waste your money

Purchased 3 bras, went by their measurements and the bras were too small. I called complained and had to pay another $27us to get the new bras. I got them at the end of August and the wires are already poking through.
I hang to dry them, wash them in a bra bag and they are poorly made. They look brand new
The only nice thing about them is the thicker band on the back that hides the back fat. But just not worth the hassle with this company.

They refuse to refund me, and if I want to have it reshipped, I have to cover the cost myself. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Save your money and avoid a terrible experience. You deserve better

Shapedly Seller is in China not in America.

Seller is in China. You don't know this until after you have placed your order and you check your credit card and it says International purchase. This is very dishonest. The shipping takes 2 weeks before you receive your order. The underwears are cheap and unbelievable they look nothing like what's in their description. They do not accept returns and last the item is damaged. You tried to call them or reach out to them you never hear squat from them. Stay clear of these scammers

Horrid Customer Service

They sending my order to the wrong address. I contacted them literally 5 minutes after I ordered because I noticed the wrong address, they said they couldn't do anything, and for me to call the post office to see if they could hold it or forward it to the right address. Seriously, how hard is it to change an address 5 minutes after an order is placed?

Be very cautious These people are criminals This company is a scam. After making a purchase I was redirected and was instantly scammed by a double payment taken from my account for even more money than was advertised for the product price. I immediately emailed the company regarding this. I was told they could do nothing about it as it had been sent. I continued to contact them even stating they had a 7 day full refund policy. They then sent an email saying my money would be refunded in 4 to 7 days. I have not received any refund. I have made a complaint with PayPal and will do with my bank.

No customer service (last message received 4th Aug)

Their customer support is none existent. They sent the wrong size and all I did was ask them replace with the size I ordered. They fine replied after several emails, stating they had no record of my order send screenshot for order . I send screenshots then they said they still have no record of order and they can do nothing. I have the items original packaging and receipt . Yet they say they can not help me. I did not order wrong size they sent wrong size. The company is a total scam!!!!

Tricked into buying nose rings

Firstly I ordered only the oral solution...1 pack to test it out. In the ordering process, they flash confirm confirm at you so I confirmed and ended up paying an extra 80 dollars for nasal rings which I won't use. When I questioned it, i got the brush off. This firm is a joke and they're service is appalling. Basically you are tricked into buying more rubbish. I would avoid this company in future and will not be ordering more from them even if their solution works

Oh and no instructions on the nose ring usage ... just a bunch of boxes shoved on a bag.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could.
The bras arrived nearly a month later. The fit is awful ! They policies are actually unlawful (!) you can only return an item if it’s damage, if you don’t like it or the fit is rubbish then you are advised to suck it up ! I genuinely regret not reading the policy before the purchase but it didn’t even cross my mind that anyone would be trading with such low ethic in this day day and age ! Customer service closes the tickets without helping with anything. And if this company treats customers like this then I can’t even imagine how awful they must be to their employees!
