Shocking service I’ve waited since October last year for my order. Emailed with complaint waited longer than I should have for a reply. They offered to resend whole new package with express shipping no extra charge. I gave them another chance by agreeing and didn’t even get a respond back after that email. I then waited yet another month before emailing them again demanding a full refund. I am yet to receive an email back. I won’t be wasting my time with this company ever again and I suggest people do the same. I’m not confident I will be getting my refund and will never see the dress I ordered off them that’s for sure.
Take my word, find an outfit somewhere else

I bought a dress two weeks ago stupidly from Pinterest, now I’ve noticed that the same dress, photos and other things are in so many other websites. This is definitely a scam, I’m gonna have to make a new credit card I’m so upset I was such a fool. The same dress if for sale on VINTED and you can see how shitty the quality is, it’s got no shape, the materials are awful and just so cheap. I spent 40€ on a dress! So many strings falling off. Hate hate hate. I’m taking this to court!

This is the worst online store. I bought a dress, but when it arrived I was shocked by the quality. The threads were pulled out of the stitching, it just sits there terribly, obviously poor quality work, which you can just throw in the trash. I sent the dress back (at my own expense, to the address specified in the return policy). 2 months have passed, and they are still silent and, of course, they still haven't returned my money. I don't advise anyone to buy from this store! Be careful!

I saw them on instagram and thought I’ll give it a go as their famous co-ord sets looks beautiful online. Just got my order and OMG!!! The product is absolutely beautiful. The material, way it fits, the details and stitching. I then went to check in more depth about the company and saw the trustpilot reviews. It makes me wonder if I was just lucky or perhaps is a different brand/webpage? I have ordered from shaperboost.com and it’s genuine so I am a happy bunny.

Very cheap quality , not as expected. The don't respond to the emails. You can find definetely something better with these money.

Big scam. They don't respond, the products are of very poor quality, they look like paper, probably from China, and the delivery times are appalling. I've alerted the European Commission, which says it's a scam. I now await their final decision and action.

I had to wait almost a month for my order to be delivered. I ordered two dresses. The material is a cheap, thin/see-through mess. The sizing is not correct either. It's a total disaster. The dress looks nothing like the pictures and videos on line. Please save your money and don't waste your time

This website is definitely a scam. I put in an order 2 weeks ago and have not even received a confirmation email or any shipping information. They have already taken money out of my bank account but have not had the decency to even send me an email.
