Wrong item sent. No refund

Wrong item sent. I returned item in original packaging, unopened and unused. Refund not been issued. Chased company via email 4 times with no response.

Terrible customer service.

This company provided me with a product that I thought was nolonger available.
I purchased 6 items total cost £240.
After speaking to a very nice lady called Lyn I decided to purchase a further 6. Total spent £480.
The order was sent 3short. It seemed there had been a mistake in their stock balance. Given the circumstances I should have been given an immediate refund.
After two weeks and several emails I have yet to receive a refund.
Would I recommend this company? What do you think!

Brilliant

Researched so many products before I bought this one; well I’m glad I did. This one did the trick and made me feel great all night long. Very comfortable to wear and great for the longer bodied ladies too.

I haven’t even had a chance to order…

I haven’t even had a chance to order from this company! I’ve sent two emails asking a question about a miraclesuit prior to purchase but have had no response whatsoever! That’s a red flag if ever I saw one!

Lovely item

Ordered an item that wasn’t really suitable at first, but I received a refund and a replacement item. Must say the replacement is perfect. Such a nice garment.

Non-existant customer service.

I placed an order on 3rd July 23, with estimated delivery of 6-10 July 23, it is now the 4th Aug 23 and I have not received my item....there has been no response to my emails to the "customer service" email, there is no phone number to contact anyone.
I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company, they have taken my money and not sent my item, I am now out of pocket and have had no correspondence at all from them.

No Customer Service. Avoid

Had no issues ordering, but getting a refund is proving near impossible. I followed the returns policy (which has now changed) and sent my item back signed for, with my order number, email address, and full name, but have not received a refund. I then emailed them after 14 days, asking for an update and had no response. It's now coming up to a month, so I've emailed again. But after seeing the 2 reviews before mine, I'll probably have to open a chargeback on my credit card. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I ordered an item from this company…

I ordered an item from this company which unfortunately arrived too late even though I paid for express postage. I returned the item as instructed by Royal Mail signed for delivery and it was received and duly signed for by them 2 days later. It is now more than 14 working days later and still no refund. There is no telephone number for the company and my emails to the stated email address keep coming back undelivered. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone

I managed to get a refund through my credit card company but shapewear.co.uk tried to dispute this. The company have now apologised to me albeit almost 6 months after the event. Just a case of too little too late for me I’m afraid.
