Purchases online and in person.
I am a loyal customer to shaping new tomorrow and most of my pants are from that brand as well as some other items.
I am extremely happy with fit, quality and am willing to pay the price, even though it is not cheap. My online orders usually arrive on time and I had no negative experience with with the online shop yet.
I recently was at a store in Esbjerg (Denmark) which was lovely. The personal was amazing! I got help when needed it and was left to myself when I needed time to myself. It was a lovely interaction and I recommend a visit! (since I'm German the interaction was in English)
I am looking forward to my next visit in their Copenhagen store this week to get a last minute emergency purchase for a wedding I'll attend on the weekend.

I am a big fan of SNT. I bought a new pair of trousers. Essential relaxed fit navy melange. 34x36 because i am tall. They fit perfect and the colour is very nice. It’s not the first time i shopped here and i will definitely shop again by SNT.

After a close examination of your pictures and description, the shorts aren’t eligible for a warranty claim, since the pull-out doesn´t happen by itself and therefore is not a product defect. "That's too bad!!
