I had such an amazing experience with Shared Earth. I contacted their York store to source a bag, and they were so helpful and efficient, they arranged for it to be shipped straight away. I was especially impressed that they even replied instantly on a Sunday! Their customer service is truly outstanding kind, prompt, and personal. Highly recommend!

Bought two little incense stick-holders, both of which are attractive and practical - I love the Shared Earth aesthetic, as well as the ethics! Delivery was prompt and efficient.

Package arrived sooner than expected and although it was a huge box for 2 small items, at least it was all recycled and recyclable and they arrived in tact (ceramics)

My order was dispatched quickly and each item carefully wrapped and packaged well. All items were good very quality and sourced ethically.

It was easy to order, the items were great value (and ethically sourced). They arrived well packaged, in great condition (esp given the three items I ordered were fragile) with fully recyclable packaging - which was great to see.
I ordered a bird sculpture as one of my items, and it was a really lovely size and quality. My mirror hanger for the garden arrived un-chipped and is lovely. The discount on both was a bonus, as they were good value already.
I also ordered a beautifully scented room fragrance which arrived safely.
Only slight issue was the delay in delivery from the company used given the dispatch date, but as there was no immediate urgency, it was fine.

Always get good service and quality products. Have used shared earth several times and have never been disappointed

Fab ethically produced product (material string of birds), excellent value for money, prompt dispatch and delivery. Will buy from this company again abd definitely recommend.
Amendment: oops, wrong store duh! I bought 2 suncatchers from here. Good price, prompt dispatch and delivery but as they're not glass (I didn't read the small print) so don't reflect colours. I would buy from this site again though and definitely recommend.

Great selection of eco friendly products. I love the design of their little jute shopping bags and I have now boguth 2. I also got some natural saops but I have not used them yet. Very quick delievery and well packaged in paper.
