Easy delivery, secure and safe. No hassle. Devices were all working and in good condition.

Absolutely dissatisfied with their service and communication
I placed an online order which then required me to provide my identification which I did
It took them an hour to respond to my queries after having called them multiple times as well as messaging them multiple times
They required a company domain email id not google or yahoo which I did - they assured me that the order is progressing
Now thus to & fro goes on for 4 hours and its 7 pm - I am assuming they are processing my order
At 10:30 pm they respond that they can’t take the risk of renting the equipment- I reach out to them that this is inappropriate, their response go find another vendor
Unfortunately I had no option as I was flying early next morning- end result no drone for my trip - absolutely dissatisfied with their service & comms only if I had know this company is a sham

They provided with good quality products on time and the service of pickup and drop

I ordered insts 360x5. The process is Easy to book and get the product delivered at door step.
They delivered brand new product.

Nothing is perfect.. had an issue with SharePal with the order but they went out of the way to help us sort with the missing/defected item. Their products have helped us...
