I had to change from Sharescope Gold which I have used for 20 years and was dreading it. However their Consultant made it relatively easy and I now have access to more Data. I can see now that with regular use it will allow me to achieve better results.

The gent on the phone, whose name I regrettably did not record, provided excellent help.
He was easy and clear to understand.
He was patient and courteous in catering for my hearing loss.
He was skilled in assisting me with the latest upgrade. He transferred my files from the old to the new smoothly and efficiently.

Migrating over old sharescope system. Explained well but difficult to take it all in. One question (so far), by email, afterwards with quick response.

I’ve had a really nice and very friendly experience with the team of Sharescope/Alpha terminal (especially with Michael and Kuldip). They are all very kind and helpful and they care about the customer.
While the platform isn’t the right fit for me personally, as I’m used to Reuters and work in the FICC space, where I rely heavily on in depth research data, I can see its value for traders and investors who need Level 2 access, solid stock data, charting capabilities and a wide range of funds (mutual funds and ETFs), it’s a very useful tool!

Im looking forward to see the future developments of Sharescope.

The service is second to none with 1-1 Helpdesk. Platform is also first class and the new online version even better. Peter is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help.

Gabriel was excellent during my free training session. As an experienced trader I wanted my charts and portfolios set up in a specific way and he achieved this with amazing efficiency. A great service.

Gabriel was very helpful in the transfer of the Legacy ShareScope to the new system helping me through understand the system, I said if I could I would treat him to a pint which he well deserved.

Good help and good product. Upgrade to new Sharescope has some limitations for me, but new features too.

Completed an initial training session with Peter K and it was excellent. I thought long and hard about moving to Sharescope but the level of support provided tells me this is the right move.

Portfolio all moved over from Stockopedia which wasn't totally straight forward but just took some patience - the decimal point for transactions recorded on their exit spreadsheet was factored by 100 so quite a lot of adjustments but it's definitely worth doing.

Recommended so far and look forward to using this very clever software.

Recently re-subscribed after a year away. Sharescope is a brilliant piece of software for private investors. Top class coverage of Shares, ETF's, Bonds, Funds and Investment Trusts. Ace in the pack is the great Portfolio tracker which provides not only great reports on the portfolio underlying shares, but also reports on dividends and CGT liabilities.

As a long standing Sharescope customer I have always been pleased with their product and level of service. As they now transition their customers from legacy Sharescope the help I received, particularly from Peter has been outstanding. With a lot of trade history to migrate Peter and the support team turned a daunting task (for me) into simple exercise. Thank you 😀
