My website was down for almost three days. They claim to offer a month of free hosting for every hour of downtime, but that’s a lie—they refuse to honor their Service Level Agreement. Now they’re saying the issue isn’t their fault. On top of that, their SMTP servers are down, and they keep deleting my support tickets. Stay far away from this scam!

UPDATE: After mentioning my ticket number, the company acted quickly to solve the problem. I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

My ASP.NET website was down for 2 days. No answers for 2 days and then we receive just a general notice where they say that a huge bug in their latest software update deleted 330 of their servers in Las Vegas.
After my website was up again, several things about the web app were broken, particularly the ReportViewer. They do not respond to tickets anymore, they just don't care. And we cannot work because some functionalities of the app are unusable.
It's frustrating and sad to see how this company has descended to the lowest possible levels.

I have DEPLOYED many web applications with this company, and all of them are down now. They don't even respond to support tickets. I believe they are some kind of fraudsters who make long-term contracts, take money, and later shut down the business.

By the way, SmarterASP and SharkASP belong to the same individuals. My clients are taking me to court for the interruptions, and of course, I will sue these fraudsters too. Stay away—I'm serious, especially if you use web hosting for your business.
