Ordered the shark blanket weeks ago. Still hasn't arrived. Delivery company said it was lost in transit. Then suddenly it was found and is on its way but that's been the case for weeks again. Definitely a scam. Annoyed I fell for it.

Blanket took 3 weeks to arrive, missing Christmas, despite of my attempt at cancellation once I realised it will be shipped from China. It was left on the doormat for 2 weeks in rain and snow whilst I was away. The only option of return is to China or USA (at your cost). Beware.

SCAM company falsely advertising as a company from UK. My own stupidity for not reading about the company first of all. Ordered 2 weeks ago yet shows order hasnt even left China! having to go through visa disputes now.

0 stars. Appalling. Had ordered the fur cozy slippers in the correct size 6.5 -7and sent a pair 2.5. Customer service said keep the small pair but pay an additional nearly $20 Australian and they’d send the correct size. Numerous emails later saying they’d send out free of charge the correct size and tracking information I’m still waiting. Avoid this company.

Tried to order two USB heated throws at $147+ but at checkout the price leapt to $167+ Email exchanges followed. No action although I was able to send as requested, screen shots showing clearly what happened. I was strung along with NO action taken as promised repeatedly. DO NOT trust Shark ‘help’. It means nothing. Glad I did not purchase the product if this represents the company performance.

Neck massager isn't working at all. Reviews on the Shark Blanket website are fake, and it's not letting me leave a bad review. Massaging myself for five minutes does a lot better job on my neck than that. Save your money and don't bother..

Ordered from Shark Blanket on the 14th February, to this day I received nothing. They’ve told me that the item is lost in transit. Ignoring all my requests for a refund. They are not based in the UK. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

We purchased a portable heated blanket shawl. This arrived with no cable/battery/instructions. (and suspiciously, no return information) We did eventually manage to make it work, however any 'heating' is negligible. We then engaged with 'Customer Services' to return the blanket and after a brief exchange of emails it was obvious that they had no intention of offering a refund.
Sharkblanket are an archetypal scam company.

Terrible. How they are getting away with being called Shark Blanket UK. UK being one of the reasons I purchased from here. Had they been transparent and named it Shark Blanket China I wouldn’t have bothered. They obviously know this but how they are actually allowed to intentionally mislead customers is beyond me.
There are versions for £14 on Temu and you know where it’s coming from and expect a lesser quality.
Shark Blanket UK is £25 at least (we bought 2 😭) and is not the same thing you see in the pictures. They conveniently show really good quality ones with no string dangling from the front that you’re meant to tie to close the mouth I guess. The minute it was out the bag the material started shedding everywhere and looked terrible so when asked about returning, found out they do not have an address in the UK. You have to pay to send it back to somewhere in America.
The whole thing is one big scam and they refuse to take any accountability at all!

Do not buy anything this company sells. It is a complete and utter scam. First of all they claim to operate within the UK by having UK in their company name. However, this could not be further from the truth. First of all the products are shipped from China which is never stated and the return address is somewhere in the US! The quality of product is poor and I couldn’t even sell it on Vinted for £1. Temu would have shipped a better quality product without the shady business practices. They make it impossible for you to return your items too and therefore, they will not issue a refund. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!

My fault for not checking this scam company before I purchased.
Purchased 3 heated jackets and had every one a size bigger but when they arrived they are still a size or two smaller. Unusable!
Contacted them for a refund and they are very cleaver as you have to send them to Iowa in America which costs as much as the refund. Scam company. AVOID!!

Absolute disgrace of a company and complete frauds. Don't buy its a total scam

Disgusting scam company using manipulative practices. Avoid at all costs. Can get the same product for for half the price on Temu. This low IQ company is just drop shipping.

From ordering to the heated jacket on 23 Nov 20024 to arriving, it took over 5 weeks, only to arrive with no cable or power pack to charge it up and get the heat in it. There was no mention in the description that i needed to purchase the means to heat it. It was meant to be a Christmas gift so I am very disappointed as is the person who had a jacket he can't heat!

“UK Based” yet the tracking shows it’s coming from China. Ordered 2 weeks ago and now it’s going to miss Christmas. No communication from customer service. Company is a scam

Absolutely awful customer service!

Further to this - If you are UK based contact your bank if paid by debit card for less than £100 or credit card for over £100 ,with details and emails and you have a good chance of a refund. I managed this through my bank and received a full refund.

Like others here I have been disappointed and feel scammed.
1) Items are too small - not as advertised.
2) No batteries supplied as advertised.
3) heating properties are not as described.
4) Stitching is unfinished and not to the high quality advertised
Customer service is just a contact email and will not respond except for 'We are looking into this and will get back ASAP' 4 emails and weeks later still receiving same message.

They are not a UK company. Sent me a faulty shark blanket and then would not refund me !! Don’t waste your money

Not even worthy of one star. This company is a total scam. Firstly claiming to be a UK website with 6 days delivery. Upon purchase I received a tracking number showing the product coming from China. I tried to cancel and asked for a refund, to be told it was not possible. However I could return the item when received, to an address in the US ! Nearly 3 weeks later the item arrived. As expected an absolutely appalling garment. No labels whatsoever, extremely thin material and bits being shed constantly all over the place. The quality is disgusting and has obviously been put together by a pack of drunken baboons, in a far flung sweat shop. It is pointless returning the item as postage to US is not worth the risk as I suspect I would never get my refund anyway. DO NOT USE shark blanket uk web site

This business billed my CC. It was for otters. I requested a refund as the product did not meet my expectations. Needlesstosay, they wanted me to ship to China even though it had a US address. The total refund would be $75.00, shipping is $50.00. Do not use this company. They are using US, UK and China addresses to their advantage to deter returns. I am still in dispute with them to try and give a a US address.
