Almost too powerful 🥵
Experience of buying was spot on, vacuum is so powerful. I was slightly embarrassed by amount of dust it found on first run around house.
Only reason for 1 star drop is that we have thick pile carpets upstairs and it is like a full body workout to get the vacuum across the carpet as it’s so powerful… easy on older carpet. I’m 52 and struggle with it but I would not recommend for people who aren’t physically fit if they have thick pile carpets!

Just off the phone with Liam from customer services. He was superb and resolved my issue with no quibbles whatsoever. Shark has been one of the best customer services I have ever dealt with. Never had any problems get issues solved and always pretty much straight through on the phone.

I have a shark flexbreeze hydro go portable misting fan it is almost impossible to clean the blades as the front does not detach to allow access to the internal blades for the purposes of cleaning the mechanism it is one of the worst bits of design I've ever seen why haven't you designed a detachable front to get access to clean the filthy dust that traps on the blade and internal workings instead of saying shove a cloth through the 'tiny gap at the front of the fan which is not only in practical but impossible after reading this I could not believe that's how you expect people to clean these fans get real

Fabulous service
Had a shark flexi breeze fan for approx 2yrs have finally felt the need to use as the weather has improved to find it would not charge or start. I considered buying a new plug but after watching several videos online decided It might be a waste of money. Eventually I rang a number I found online-apparently a call centre in Egypt. The young lady i spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. Luckily my guarantee had 2 days left on it. I have received a new fan within 48hrs. I am unexpectedly very pleased with the service thank you very much

On Monday 25 May our Shark vacuum cleaner broke. Surprised to find that we had a 5 year guarantee. Contacted customer service by email that afternoon. By that evening they asked for photos of broken part. Tuesday they requested my address and by Thursday afternoon I had the replacement part. A joy to deal with a company that regards customer service and satisfaction as an important part of the business. Well done Shark.
Shark FlexBreeze HydroGo Misting Fan
Have purchased a number of Shark products and have been pleased until now !!
Due to hot weather got our 2 Flexi Breeze Misting fans out,1 works fine other doesn’t mist,both have had same maintenance as per Sharks recommended intervals which has been explained.
Contacted Shark response not the quickest at replying, now no response at all,very poor customer service, the fan in question is 8 months old only used for 3 months!!
Boasting about length of warranty is pointless if it isn’t honoured, very disappointing the fan wasn’t cheap expected more.

Shark matrix 2 in 1
Just wanted to make everyone aware, I purchase items with my own money and I use and test them.
I purchased the Shark matrix 2 in 1. when it arrived and I put it on and got it working with no issues. Set up is pretty straight forward and the app easy to use.
a few days after using it I came across few issues.
issue one - although the app is easy to use and set up the downfall is when I set the robot the clean or mop after completion or is it got stuck or anything the app does not notify you of any sort you have the physically go into the application and then it will tell you. I have tried the app on multiple phones thinking there is an issues with my phone but no it does the same for all no notifications. all permissions were given.
issue 2 - When using the robot mopping feature when it is returning to the base the robot kept getting stuck on the plate. i have checked this and found while the mop is wet it grips on to the plate and struggle to park so i had to remove the plate which resolved this issue. this could be a design flaw I am not sure.
issue 3 - when using the mop feature I have identified it only drags on to the floor. from looking at the floor it does look clean and spotless but if your wearing white socks which I wear lets just say its not white anymore. this is another design flaw they could of introduced mopheads that spin so its scrubbing (like other brands) the floor rather then dragging.
Issues 4 - I had issues where the robot stopped in the middle of a clean and the app tells me "it has experienced an issue call customer service" no error codes to identify the issue just the above. the robot doesn't even go back to the base so I have to physically it back. this happened a few times and even with my replacement it did the same thing.
This was frustrating because the reason I bought it is to help me keep the place clean and do a deep clean of the house when I needed to.
Where there is a bad experience there is a good side to it.
The customer service was great the staff was polite and very helpful, they sent a replacement almost straight away. the second robot I had the same issue and without fail they sent me another model which I have had no issues so far with it. I would need to get back and update the review once it have trailed it.
My overall experience with the shark matrix 2 in 1 was not good. I am not sure if this was an overall design flaw or a faulty batch but this was my experience with it. the alternative replacement I have had no issues so far.
Overall customer service experience and time it took for a replacement 5 stars, no issues and they did go far a beyond to resolve this.
I do have other shark products which is purchased in the past I will do a review on them soon.

I ordered 2 heater fans in April
I ordered 2 heater fans in April. They arrived one worked perfect other would not work on the heat option only cold. I returned it for a replacement. I got an email saying my replacement would be sent. Then another saying it was cancelled. But I checked and no refund. I rang up and was told it was due to an error and that the item would be sent next day delivery. Then I got a phone calling saying it is out of stock and replacement will be sent asap it’s a month later so I am chasing it up (NO communication regarding it sent to me to I am doing all the chasing!).. to be told it’s still out of stock I can have the fan version instead not to mention this is about £50 cheaper and I will still need to order the heater version as I want for my son who is autistic and hates being to hot or cold so needs to switch between the two.
Very poor customer service! Not helpful at all.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I brought a fan yesterday. The tower fan. It arrived today. Scratched. So its obviously come to me refurbished rather than brand new.
I would have been willing to over look it but the product itself is useless. If im paying £160 for a fan I want it to be amazing. This falls very very far from that mark. Firstly its advertised as having 10 speed setting. However, only one of those is worth having it on. My cats have harder breath than the rest of them. Im normally a big fan of Ninja Shark products but this is awful. The cheap fans from high street stores are better.
So, I went to start a return. The want to only refund me £120 instead of £160 I paid!!! It looks like I will have to start a bank charge back instead because they have no way of being able to chat online about this. Or an email address.
