I like the Shark Flex Style Kit - my second order was fine and I’m really happy with the product itself.
But my first order was a mess - the website glitched and dropped 2 of the 3 promo attachments, yet still let me check out.
Customer service told me it was my fault and refused to cover return shipping on the two unopened boxes (around $23).

CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST, NO RESPONSESNo customer service, 3 emails - No response, Online Chat 3 days - no response and 3 phone calls three consecutive days waiting over 17, 18 & 11 minutes without response, each time it says at start wait time is approx. 9 minutes. Requesting advise, can deliver my order placed on 30/06/2024 as per website delivery times of 2- 5 business days, if not I wish to cancel. When ordered, website indicated that logistics issues had been sorted and no further delays to new orders. THEY DON'T RESPOND TO CHATS, SAY THEY WILL COMMUNICATE RESPONSES VIA EMAIL NEVER DO. THEY SAY IN EMAIL IF URGENT TO PHONE THEM BUT WHEN YOU DO NO ANSWER OR THEY CUT YOU OFF WITHOUT ACTUALLY SPEAKING TO ANYONE.
