Hadn't purchased the account yet but yeah their support is very quick responsive who clears every single doubt with pure explaination special mention to @lavis support who cleared all my doubts with every single defination , I am joining the funded community of shark funded within 10days then let's see how their payout and trading malfunctioning actually works.

They have very poor customer support team their support team does not respond to message after clearing.I have cleared my 5K challenge and there is no response from their team just received a email saying you have cleared no step 2 account given no response for live account they are not even refunding money no withdrawal total scam!

I tried making a 5K account on shark funded after clearing the account there was no response from the support team and they are not even refunding the money neither providing me the live account it's a complete scam don't go for it

I'm giving it a 3 start for now , Coz they have a very responsive customer support. Although I've purchased a instant 10k Account from them . They mentioned in their rules that maximum of 3 running trades are allowed with Stop loss . But they didn't mentioned that Their is hard breach rule in 3 trades even if you put a stop loss . Because of the network latency issue or the server issue I don't know but There was time where Their were 4 trades running but I closed the trade when The server got corrected. Don't know if they are gonna consider that as a mistake or a rule breach . If They consider that as a rule , Then I would update you guys in my Yt and in trustpilot . Lets see where it goes . Also I gave 3 start because I didn't get the answer for my question from the support team as I expected.

1)There staff don't listen you they only make the decision what they want. it's like there prop firm there rules and changes the rules whenever they want.😐
2)There main goal was taking you're money indirectly.🤐
3)If you're right they just ignore you're words just like they don't even give a shit to there customer.🤕
4)If you ask any questions which they don't like they just delete you're message from General chat in discord and tell you to personal talk with customer support.

NGL, Shark Funded is one of the good firms I have traded with, I can say it’s in the top 5. Their rules are a little hard, but as an A book prop firm, I understand this and why the rules are like that. I have taken 2 payouts with them and they were smooth. Overall, a decent firm.

A true game changer in the prop firm industry. The only firm to launch daily payouts and a per trade consistency score. Cost of challenges are also fairly kept and always have some discounts running. No hidden rules nothing, plain simplified rules. Must try to all the new traders reading my review.

Since this was a new firm and never thought that they are promising daily payout, I thought that that would be a scam, but after the third payout that I have received today, I’m convinced that they are doing a very very genuine work. The only drawback that I see is a 1% rule which can be changed, but when I see many of the firms are also going with one percent rule, it seems like a fair rule for now, but genuinely speaking shark funded is the best firm that I have traded with, and I would recommend people reading this review. The prices are affordable. You should definitely give it a try before believing anybody else.
