absolutely terrible! fake advertisements! i went on there site to see how i could pay for gold. i saw they advertise you can pay by paysafecard, so i went to the shop and spent £50 on a voucher to use here. it turns out you can not pay this way at all! i then spoke to - jack _ on support and he was very rude. asking me why would i even pay this way. also swore at me! i have contacted trust pilot and sent them the chat. i am also contacting my solicitor first thing in the morning!
stay away! there a terrible company to do business with!
