Don't buy from them! They didn't deliver the shipment to Spain, and I spent more than three months trying to get my money back. It was a very bad experience. If I hadn't noticed that they deducted the amount from my bank, they would have just taken my money. They only returned the money after I told them I would go to the police and file a claim.Ninja spain are very very bad

After a thorough review of your case I would like to provide some information to explain why it has taken us so long to be able to provide you with a solution. When you placed your order you provided an email address to which all the information related to your order (order number, invoice, tracking number and the place where SEUR left your order to be picked up) was sent to you.
From the very first moment you contacted us asking for information, our agents asked you for the email address you used to place the order in order to be able to track your order. At all times you provided us with a different email address so our agents were unable to locate your order. In any case, we will review the case internally so that for future cases our agents will be able to offer more alternatives to our customers. Once you provided us with the necessary information to locate your order, our agents were able to confirm that the order was returned to our warehouse as SEUR was unable to contact you via the email you provided and as you did not provide a telephone number the SEUR driver was unable to call you to arrange delivery. We immediately proceeded to reimburse you as we do with all customers who experience the same situation. But I hope you understand that in order to refund an order, we first have to be able to locate it in our system.
In any case, we regret that your experience with Ninja was not the experience we always want to offer to all our customers and we sincerely apologise for this and we will work to improve our service so that in the future we can offer our customers a quicker and more satisfactory solution.

Product is great but your delivery lets your product down …
Product is great but your delivery company let you down - they contacted me 4 times - I stayed in to wait for them - then they told me they could not find the address- then they told me to go to a collection point and eventually a driver rang me and we arranged collection. All in all a shambles - but as I say the product is great.

Poor warranty customer service
Trying to get an appliance replaced and they keep sending me back to Amazon. There is zero accountability for warranties, even after registering the product. Very poor customer service, nothing service-oriented about it in the least.

I have not received my air fryer…
I have not received my air fryer because of the couriers you used. Apparently l live in an inaccessible place. Funny how most of my deliveries get delivered. I live on a street which is wide enough for three cars at the same time. Why is that inaccessible?

I have purchased a Ninja air fryer…
I have purchased a Ninja air fryer Double Stack SL400EU and cannot get an answer from Ninja as to where I can purchase a splash guard for this model. I find it really irritating when you go to their ‘contact us’ and there is only a list of questions that suits them to answer.

Great Products, but Ease Up on the Ads!
I initially ordered an air fryer and was so impressed with its quality that I decided to purchase a set of pots and pans as well. I’m very happy with the brand and the performance of their products – they truly deliver on quality and reliability.
