I will never again purchase from them again

If I was Viv, I would be telling someone else to sell my merch…

TL;DR: Horrible beyond horrible to deal with, got a product that isn’t remotely what I paid for and defective and got a refund with minimal communication to a method that wasn’t even what I used.

Never, and I mean NEVER, have I dealt with a company more incompetent than sharkrobot (not to be confused with the vacuum cleaner). You know it’s bad when they even have an FAQ for “what if I receive […] incorrect product?” And the people I have seen across socials complain they’ve been sent incorrect stuff doesn’t surprise me. I was sent a defective LIMITED EDITION vinyl with scratches all over the surface…

I will never ever purchase from them again.

July 2025: purchase vinyl. Supposed to be released 24th October.
Message on insta: where is vinyl? Told late October.
Late October message on insta: where is vinyl? told November.
Late November message on insta: told them that if they are having production line issues they need to email everyone and let their clients/ customers know that there are issues (NOT THAT HARD TO DO)
Early December finally receive an email but what’s this? They have sent out products that are poor quality and look NOTHING like they should? (Is that the only reason they emailed because they got caught out? That’s my speculation) People are told they can get refunds or get sent a brand new one but only before Jan 1st…

They finally ship mine (after Jan date and we are now 6 months past purchase and 3 months past release…) and sure enough it looks nothing like what I purchased and was scratched to buggery to the point it is unplayable. With frayed/ peeling edges… Brand new by the way.

Asked for my money back. Heard nothing until I got a PayPal notification for an email that isn’t linked to my PayPal for the total refund amount and an email a few days LATER. PayPal isn’t even how I paid for it.

There is more but that’s the general gist.

No shipping since 7 weeks

Ordered eddsworld youtooz vinyls on 14th January. They are IN STOCK. What is taking them so long? It’s the 25th February! I ordered them from here because I thought they might arrive earlier than if I order them straight from youtooz. Could’ve received them 3 times already by now. I emailed them and they apologized and said they „don’t know when they ship does to high order capacity“ it can’t be THAT BAD. Since then (23th January) there’s been complete radio silence. They stated on their FAQ that it takes 3-5 days per usual and 6-8 weeks with increased volumes. Now it’s week 7. If I don’t get the shipping confirmation in two weeks, I’m gonna request a refund.

Empty Reservoir problem

I was happy with my shark robot but I have had problems with it saying the water reservoir is empty when it is clearly not. I have had a replacement and worked great for a while and then I am now getting the same message. I am very good at cleaning the vacuum so don’t understand the problem!! Not much help on the website!

My order never arrived and they keep telling me to contact the post office. I've already contacted the post office multiple times and they keep telling me to contact Shark Robot, who then keeps insisting that I contact the post office. There's $100 worth of merchandise that I never received and it's starting to look like they're trying to keep the money without replacing it.

Great Merch store

I have ordered posters, Vinyls, and similar accessories through Shark Robot. Although delivery can take quite some time, the products are always high quality and as advertised.

Shark AI Ultra Robot Vacuum

Some Internet research showed us that shark had the best reviews. So we ordered one, it arrived quickly as promised, and set up very easily. It does a great job of picking up dog hair runs quietly, empties itself, and continues cleaning. Highly recommended.

I placed an order for two items a…

I placed an order for two items a little over two weeks ago. Because my physical and mailing addresses differ due to a 911 change several years ago, I often have to use the site’s recommended address when placing orders. Unfortunately, when Shark Robot shipped my package via USPS, the carrier rejected the address and returned it to the company.

I contacted customer service and explained the situation. While they responded, I was told I would need to pay additional shipping to have the order resent, even though I had already paid $20 for shipping the first time. I asked if they could offer any flexibility — especially since they advertise special deals for repeat customers — but I was only referred back to the company’s shipping policy.

I understand policies are in place for a reason, but the lack of flexibility and support left me disappointed. Clearer options for address input and more understanding customer service would go a long way in creating a better experience.

This went well

Well, to be honest I have nothing noteworthy to mention here. I received what I ordered, it was in good shape. The delivery delay was perhaps a bit longer than expected, but that doesn't bother me. Perhaps it's due to the fact it was an international send.
They even give discounts on orders sometimes.
Yeah, that's pretty much it.

Looking for great shirts? This is it

Good quality of products.
Long shipping time.

I have ordered (again) and I know my previous order took one month to ship. I expect similar shipping times this time.

However, no need to worry. They will ship at some point. And the shirts are GREAT!

I could have walked there by now..

I live two hours up a continuous highway from Shark Robot, so explain to me WHY my order is taking five days to get to me? Is it because they sent out a "your order has shipped" email four days before actually delivering it to the post office?

Legit

I did receive my order, although late they're here! Well protected on my side and no damage.
Although they don't warn you of any delays with your pre order they just change the date on the site.. at least, so make sure to keep an eye out.
(Mine was supposed to ship on December but it ended up being delayed by about 2 months and half before it was shipped..)
I suggest to make an automated email to warn customers about delays would be nice!
Otherwise nothing wrong, the items were as shown

Unreasonable response

I pre-ordered a plush from Shark Robot (Helluva Boss Queen Bee), but they canceled it without giving me a proper chance to respond to their email.
The email landed in spam, and they never followed up.
I lost my pre-order because of their poor handling of international customers.
Very disappointed.

UPDATE

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Shark Robot.

I pre-ordered the Queen Bee plush in late March through PayPal. Since I’m based in Japan, my name appeared in kanji (Japanese characters) but my address was in English.

On April 11th, Shark Robot sent me a single email requesting the name in English—but it ended up in my spam folder.
No follow-up email. No warning. Then just a refund on April 18th.

They only gave a 3-business-day window before canceling a pre-order item, with no option to reorder.

This is incredibly unfair and inconsiderate, especially toward international customers who may have issues with email delivery or time zone differences.

Other shops that use PayPal have never had issues with Japanese names.
Shark Robot’s handling of this situation was careless, and showed no regard for customer satisfaction.

I strongly hope they improve their policies in the future—at the very least, customers in this situation should be offered priority on restocks.

Fast shipping, good packing job

Purchased a Premium Loona Plush from these folks, she showed up safe and sound a couple weeks later. Packed very well and she looks as unimpressed as expected lol. They shipped her out literally as soon as USPS started accepting packages bound for Canada again which was awesome, bonus points for offering service in Canadian dollars to avoid pesky conversion fees. Will definitely shop here again.

Do not buy - bad customer service

I purchased a power detect never touch vacuum and mop. It doesn’t actually do what you ask it to do. I called customer service, they said they would call back. They never did. I called them again and got a replacement which also doesn’t work. I spend more time trying to sort the robot out and resetting it than, actual cleaning. Awful product not fit for purpose.

ZERO Customer Service!

Absolutely horrible! I was ready to spend a lot of money on Merch from Vivziepop since I'm a huge Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel Fan. First time I wrote a mail to them to ask the question if I'd be possible to buy a bulk of Pre Order Items instead of just three (cause there was a limit of 3 articles in the cart) they answery back with "You have to put your items in the cart and then buy them by checking out". Yeah...thanks Captain Obvious. Very helpful answer....

Still I wanted the merch so I put my three items in the cart, ready to do multiple purchases instead of just one and typed in my adress WHERE I LITERALLY LIVE and have been living for longer than five years and the website says "adress seems to be wrong, please check again!"...

Got up, went outside, looked at my house, went back in, picked up the Amazon package I had gotten a few days ago, checked on the package that displayed my adress and called BS! 'Okay' I thought, 'Just gonna write to them again. So I did write again and explained my problem eanna know what they answered?! They told me NOTHING! The same stupid bot reply like last lltime. One scentence "something seems to be wrong with the adress. please check again."

So yeah: Useless / non existent customer service, absolutely terrible management and a very sad and disappointed customer.

Don't buy here, it ain't worth the hassle.

I liked it

I have ordered from here many times and its always come on time, i havent ordered very big or expensive items before because im from the EU, so shipping is very expensive. But i ordered a Youtooz for my birthday 4 months ago, and it still isnt here, i was preorder and from vivsiepops, and know she has had truoble with preorders before, but it is still very annoying. But the quelity is good and not overprices for merch, unless you dont live in USA.

Order #1361422 never delivered

My order #1361422 which I made in May 2024 still not delivered to Europe in December 2024. The store gave me the tracking numbers: GM545115523003171394 and LW502986528DE. There is neither way to track the parcel, nor to refund. Please keep clear of this fly-by-night operation.

Bad service

Everything is fine until you have a problem with your order.
The costumer service is really bad. We bought the Stolas Nightlight and within 8 weeks, the switch fell off, and they are soo ooo sorry, but there is nothing they can do. No refund, no replacement.

Service is terrible

After sale service is non existent. Cannot buy replacement mop pads. The stores stocking the vacuum cleaner robots does not stock the mop pads and none available on the Shark website.
