I ordered shark slides for my son's birthday on February 22. Order was confirmed and I received a link for tracking. The order never went beyond confirmed.After two weeks I emailed the company to inquire about my order was, and instead of responding, my order was just cancelled.

I believe this company is linked to BreathingottersUK which is NOT a UK company, terrible fake item shipped from China despite being a “so called” UK company. Only refund given if item is returned to the States (?) at own cost. A complete scam Company. I wish I didn’t have to leave even one star. AVOID at all costs

I'm very disappointed and so is the kid! I tried very hard to find the right web shop for a cuddly toy with breathing sounds. Reviews on the company's page were promising. It seemed that payment was to UK and that the company was based in Ireland. After paying I noticed that the item was being Shipped from China. It arrived ok but it was not the toy we had ordered - it was not a quality toy advertised on the shop web page, it is a copy that one sees on TEMU and others as well. Judging from pictures, they seem to have mixed pictures of what might be a real Fisher-Price toy and the cheap copy (the toy looks slightly different in different pictures).

The machinery of the toy is so loud that the "soothing sounds" cannot be enjoyed, and the soothing sounds are loud (there is no mechanism to change the loudness, contrary to what was advertised). Ironically, the shop web page warns against cheap copies of a real TM item and we tried very hard to find the Real Item. Even Instragram reviews got us fooled. An expensive experiment. :-(

I believe this company also operates as breathing otters.co.uk as the payment came out with company name 'Shark Slides'. They market themselves as from the UK but they are not. I was sent a toy that was not advertised and it arrived very late from China. I have just paid to return it and their return address is some random address in Iowa U.S so I highly doubt I'll ever get any money back. They also won't return the postage for the refund although the toy sent was not what I ordered. They are complete fraudsters.

Do not purchase from this company, it is a scam. After 8 weeks (rather than the promised 1) an item was delivered. However it was completely the wrong item. I contacted the email address several times with no offer of a refund received.
Their registered company address in the UK is actually a wework site.

Never received the order or tracking number, have emailed but response is just 'your order is confirmed' the only thing confirmed is they have taken payment and not provided goods
Fraudsters

Still can't determine if this company is real or a scam, ordered goods and paid for them early in november to get them for xmas, 3rd feb still not here, do get an email reply from them which is clearly nonsense, no update on delivery, no tracking and whilst its sold as a "uk company" it all comes from china, i did once get a tracking link from them which is for a website that doesnt exist, reported to my bank who refunded the money to me and picked up the dispute, dont touch with a barge pole unless you want to pay and get nothing!

I place 2 orders, 1 day apart from what I was lead to believe a London based company. I have received neither which are supposedly being shipped from China. I have had to purchase from elsewhere and the company are refusing a refund! Tracking info is useless! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I initially thought these would be delivered within 5 days although it took 2 weeks ..other than that I received my purchase and they are exactly what I ordered ..I did also buy a second pair which I did not need so after emailing them straight away I received a refund in my bank within 4 days .. I did initially think I was scammed but I wasn't, although it took longer to arrive than I had planned I am very pleased with my purchase and with the refund I was given through my own error

Took our money, no confirmation email was received so tried to contact them with no response. 2 weeks later have not heard or received anything. Complete scam, do not but anything from them

This mob are an absolute joke. Advertise themselves as Shark slides UK. Yet all orders shipped from China. I paid extra to get my sliders quicker as I was going on holiday 17 days later my package still sits in a warehouse in China. Avoid at all costs. Investigations have been opened against them

I have not received my order and tried many times to get in contact with them but they don’t reply to any messages

This claims to be a UK company shark sliders UK or shark slides UK, it seems that it has two names.
As it was called UK and has the address England N3 2JU.
I'm still yet to receive my "shark sliders" says they are being shipped by Yun Express.
I am not sure if this is the genuine product.
