I have always had a great experience with Sharper Cards and customer service is excellent.

I have personally worked with this company for almost three years. I have never had a bad experience. If I need something they get it. If I don't like it they change it. Quick response. and great quality product every time.

If there were a 4.5 Star option.. I would have selected that! This company offers many selections, styles and types of products that allowed me to be efficient and order just what I needed from one place, at one time. Pricing discounts with a larger quantity was important to me and they even let me choose several different styles /occasions of cards and still honor the incredible discount. The only reason I didn't select a 5 is because I had a little bit of a challenge with the on-line tools for logo layout and placement, but a quick call to customer service and communicating with a "real" person immediately made all the difference. The few limitations in the design studio was easily handled by their design team and when they sent me a proof, I even had a few more tweaks.. and then it was perfect. I would also like to see some more options for the seasonal cards (not many spring options, for example). In less than 2 weeks I had designed, ordered and had delivered 500 custom cards ranging from various birthday cards, anniversary, get well and Happy Spring! My personalization on each of them makes them a great marketing tool and reminds my clients I am here for them! Kudo's...

All went well with my order. I usually pick from the same cards and I like the fact that the website saves my usual copy that I can insert into the cards (personalize).

Very happy with the service. Only concern is the shipping fee. Should be less (or free) with bigger purchases. I chose to order less purely based on the higher shipping fee....Was ready to order over $100 more of your products.

My last experience with Sharper Cards was fantastic. It was very easy edit our wording and placement of phrases on the back of our cards. The lady also suggested adding our website on the bottom of our address at no extra cost. It looks great!

I like the products well enough, but the website is awful. I find it very difficult to search specific products (mainly 4-up laser cards). I called for advice and was actually told to check a different site because it was easier. Then, personalization is not that easy to do as it is difficult to go back and forth through items. I spent a lot of time adding notes for logos and fonts, only to be told later that the website didn't pass that information on. I was not willing to re-do that all over the phone, so I told them to have their tech guys figure it out because that's how I was told to do it since there was no area to select those items on the site. The products arrive in several different shipments and some boxes will have an invoice and some are sent in the mail. The invoices are broken down in a way that they do not match the account on the website and it's very difficult to tell what you are actually paying for. It seems that each time I phone, someone tells me something different. I don't understand what the problem is, but I hate having to order through them.

Original customer service was good, helped with suggestions of how many to order (including free cards), but she miscalculated the price by charging for some of the free cards. Called back to report this error, spoke with someone else and she was helpful in recalculating and adjusting our account immediately to reflect the lower amount owing.

My order was placed over the phone and I added a small adjustment to our cards which was done exactly as I requested. Very professional and friendly agent. Very happy with Sharper Cards and would not hesitate to reorder in the future. This is the second large order from them.

Service is good, the only thing I'd like to say is when a coupon is sent out and it says 15% off your order, staff should know this. Makes it easier and less confusing for the customer.
