If i could give a 0 I would

If i could give a 0 I would. Been with ss for 2 and a half years and nothing has changed - I would actually argue service got significantly worse and half the features you pay for don't work. List building and form testings simply return errors every time you try and do anything, then when you go to the "support" they say they cant help because they cant recreate the issue even though I have sent video after video of me trying to do something simple and the platform just keking out

Shallow, slow and restrictive.

- Runs like a lame dog.
- Comparatively expensive when bougth as a stand alone platform.
- Shallow functionality.
- Poor reporting and analytics.
- Minimal customisation.
- Non-sensical policies.

We have pulled the trigger on a rapid exit having been "told off" and having access revoked for sending an email to leads who expressly asked us to contact them about our services - because it originated with a third party.

One of the rudest emails

One of the rudest emails

Couldn't attend a demo of the software which was booked after they hammered my office due to a last-minute family emergency.

Then received an email from the rep Kenny with the subject "Unprofessional" which read;

-
Yesterday when I sent over the calendar invite I had a feeling you weren't gonna attend
So it all just ended up being a waste of everybody's time.
It would be appreciated if you weren't interested or planning on showing up to begin with
to just tell me that instead of having me schedule something and taking up our account executive time.

I'll go ahead and add you to the do not contact list now thank you and have a great day.

If this is how they jump the gun, certainly not a company I would ever do business with myself, or one which I would ever dream of introducing to our clients.

SharpSpring, the marketing automation leader. Destroyed by Constant Contact.

Mergers and acquisitions happen, as did the purchase of SharpSpring by Constant Contact.

Since, SharpSpring has been left to wither on the vine by Constant Contact. It's disrespectful to the staff, partners and customers alike.

Whilst nothing is forever in business, Constant Contact has created new heights of arrogance that tramples over the dignity of so many people.

Good tool if you are a mid to large sized company

There are a lot of tools that are similar. SharpSpring has a good value for money if you make use of the entire tool. If you just use it for creating e-mails and simple flows I would not recommend SharpSpring. If you are planning on creating content, whitepapers and a proper e-mail marketing campaign SharpSpring would definitely benefit you. I do would advice you to not under estimate the effort you need for creating proper content (but this applies to all similar tools). If set-up correctly SharpSpring helps you generate more leads and allows you to put your time and effort in the most promising leads.
