Sharptraining was a great choice to do my SVQ 3. Nicky was very helpful and always there when needed help. The course was very straightforward. An overall pleasant experience would choose them again.

I've been supported by Nicky to gain my SVQ4 (SCQF Level 10) Leadership & Management. I would not hesitate to recommend using Sharp Training as even from the start of us enquiring about their services, they have provided us with a reliable, supportive and personable service. Nicky was always responsive and helpful when I needed anything and I've really felt supported throughout the SVQ and never rushed. It's been a while since I did any formal qualifications and she made it so easy for me, I honestly can't thank her enough.

Sharpening were amazing while I was doing my svq and a special thanks to Nicola that was there every time I needed her and was always making things really clear for you to understand, thanks again for my svq

I was supported very well during the course of my SVQ3 programme at Sharp Training. The whole process from the beginning to the end was clear and easy. Nicky was always available to clarify and answer my questions. Her replies and responses to all my queries were prompt. At first I was scared when I want to embark on my SVQ 3. But with Tracy, she make it easier for me. Detailed, explanatory, straight forward and she was ready to listen to me anyday. She is competent, friendly and she built the confidence in me that i can do it and surely I MADE IT. I will recommend Sharp Training all the way. They are reliable, professional, competent and have a good standard.

The excellent work my Assessor, Tracy put in was amazing, each reflective account I wrote she made useful comments and corrections where necessary. The quality of the training was exceptional and largely practical as it dwelled on mostly what I have been doing. The timelines for responses to the submissions of assignments or Reflective Accounts were quick and straightforward. Payments of fees was also flexible as I did a monthly direct debit though there was penalty for default. In addition, full payments must be made before certificate will be issued at the end of the training

I just concluded my SVQ 2 with sharp training and I was very impressed with Tracy’s professionalism and clear communication throughout the assessment process. Her explanation of the evaluation criteria was thorough, and I felt well-supported and prepared for each stage. She created a calm and encouraging environment that allowed me to perform at my best.
