What can I say about sharp training!
This last year has been an absolute pleasure learning under my assessor Nicky.
Nicky has been so understanding and very patient with me through a hard time in life she encouraged and pushed me through to finish my SVQ3. I could not thank her enough!

If you’re looking to do your SVQ with sharps training I promise they will not disappoint.
Very responsive to emails and any questions needing answered.

If I could give more than 5 years I definitely would :)

Nicky had been great during the leadership and management for care services course at level 10.
She made the workload and content seem effortless and was responsive to all questions particularly throughout a period of my ill health where she was available when I needed her ad I had more time to spend on the course work.
I could not fault the business approach and would definitely seek out the company for anything I required in the future.

It was a great experience running through the course with Nicky and how she broadened my knowledge on the vocational training. Pleased to say that I am proud of myself and thanks to Nicky for being prompt and easily accessible through the SVQ2 journey.

I completed my SVQ2, and this achievement is almost impossible if not for the support and ready to go attitude of Nicky toward my account/assessment. I'm on queue to commence my SVQ3 with the same company and I wish to have same Nicky as my assessor. Nicky commitment to her duty is excellent and she promptly response to my email in a constructive manner that bring the best out of me.

I recently completed my Leadership and Management SCQF Level 10 with Sharp Training and the support and guidance I received was second to none.

I have been a client of both Nicky and Tracy for a couple of years now, as I completed my SVQ Level 4 in 2022/23 and through both awards I had a first class experience.

The experience and sector knowledge within Sharp Training is undeniable and the flexibility and understanding of the demands of my role as Operations Manager was priceless when it came to achieving my award.

Just completed my SVQ3 course with sharp training and I would say my assessor Tracy was an excellent trainer. She is so supportive throughout the modules of the course, reflective accounts etc. corrects constructively bringing out the best in you.

The the way, manner and quality of the SVQ training documentation used by the trainer, Sharptraining (Sharp), the structure of both the compulsory and optional modules for the SVQ were excellent. The programme was simplified and introduced sytematically in batches. This made it very easy for me to consult relevant healthcare resources, reflect on my on-the-job practice and craft insights to write my healthcare account in good time. Although, I was always so busy at work, but the encouragement and timely reminders received from Nicky, my assigned assessor, were awesome, unalloyed and commendable. I have successfully completed my SVQ3 with Tracy and she has been very supportive, providing good guidance and very patient.i was scared initially but she made me feel very warm and confident of myself and potential. There was a time I felt low and blacked out with pressure from work and home front,when I reached out to Tracy she encouraged me a lot and was there for me.i am glad to have been under her supervision and training I would like to rate her %100,she is just excellent, professional and dedicated to this. My experience was nothing short of great. Nicky did an excellently superb job being my assessor, from my induction through the end of my training. She was always willing to assist me with areas of concern and was only a text message away. She is very detailed and hands-on hence that brought out the best in me. I had a wonderful training experience and I am proud to declare that the guidance and support I got from my tutor is second to non.
