Great customer service. Ordered a Gatorback Mud flap set for my 2020 GMC 3500HD Denali. Received the order with in 3 days. I immediately installed them on truck. Installation is very easy and NO drilling required. I now have a Sharper Truck. I highly recommend purchasing theses mud flaps, they are exceptional quality.

Received and installed although the directions were wrong instructions said to use the wrong length bolts in the wrong areas causing them to be damaged and I had to buy new bolts to install correctly

This is the second time I've bought the Gatorback mud flaps for my trucks. These are for my Ford F250. I haven't installed them yet but the "no-drill" installation hardware that came with them is quite impressive, Its made of a heavy gauges aluminum and the screws are stainless. The flaps themselves are heavy weight rubber. The package in the mail weighed 38 lbs so that tells you they are not cheap plastic ones. A little pricey but when you spend over $60k for the truck what's another $450 for mudflaps. I will try to remember to review these again once I have them installed and include pictures! Received parts, however description online and in packaging states window visors fit truck year make and model. Received them however they do not even come close to fitting. The body line is different than that of the truck window and they are longer than than what they should be. I emailed your company to find out what to do and haven’t heard anything back yet.

I needed to contact customer service and I have to say they answered quickly, were very nice and helped me with my issue.

A great company do to business with.

The mudflaps arrived very quickly and contained all the necessary hardware to mount to the truck. My only negative point is that the washers are shiny silver, which will really stand out against the black background. I will install over the Labor Day weekend and upload pictures and provide feedback on the installation. I am also taking a 1,000+ mile trip over the next two weeks so I can provide additional feedback about how they held up on a long trip.

Came earlier than expected. Well made product. Matches OEM trim perfectly. Why doesn’t the manufacturer make this part is beyond me, but I’m glad you guys did! Thank you!
