Exactly what we needed

This was for my husband’s beard trimmer which he really likes to groom his beard and I really like him with a beard. I was concerned that the broken part would mean a new trimmer, so was really happy to find a non-Amazon source that was able to ship the part in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. The part fits same as the original so that says 5 stars to me!

Excellent Service and Fast Repairs

I recently had an outstanding experience with Shaver Outlet, Inc. (shaveroutlet.com) and their exceptional customer service. I own a Braun wet/dry shaver—a pricey piece of equipment—when the power button unexpectedly popped off. I wasn’t keen on shelling out for a replacement, so I searched online and stumbled upon Shaver Outlet. To my relief, I discovered my razor was still under warranty. I shipped it to them, and they repaired it incredibly fast, sending it back to me in like-new condition. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the results. For anyone needing razor repairs, I highly recommend Shaver Outlet—they’re top-notch!

BEWARE

BEWARE. They sold my email. So lots of junk mail now. My credit card was also used to try to purchase tools online. All this within one to two weeks after buying a $5 part. NOT WORTH IT!!!

You really can replace the batteries in your shaver yourself

I just replaced the batteries in my Remington shaver with help from SO. An email exchange confirmed I was ordering the right replacements, and a very helpful video showed how to replace them. I'm a novice with electronics, but it was a pretty easy fix, and it now works good as new. I was so mad at Remington for selling a product that they clearly wanted you to throw away when the batteries died. SO made it possible to "go green" and repair, not despair. That's one less perfectly good device kept out of the trash. Thanks for your great info, support, and instructive videos!

I saved hundreds by using parts from Shaver Outlet!

I repaired my Braun Series 9 shaver using parts from Shaver Outlet. They were VERY knowledgeable and helped me make sure I had the right parts. They shipped the items very quickly and they arrived quickly too! Everything was well packed and exactly what I needed to fix my shaver. I saved hundreds of $$ by not having to replace it!

Broken trimmer on electric shaver

The trimmer on my husbands Braun shaver was broken. I looked up videos, assuming we could fix it. Shaver outlet had the best videos by far. I still wasn't confident doing the work ourselves so I contacted Shaver Outlet. They gave me a solid quote and I mailed the shaver. One week later, it was returned in excellent condition...."good as new". Thanks for an outstanding job.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a comb that matched the model number of the shaver. It did not fit. I emailed Shaver Outlet, described the problem and asked to return the comb for the correct comb. After several emails with photos of the shaver and the old comb and the new comb, it appears that the shaver head may have been from a different model. Problem solved. I ordered the new head! This employee worked hard to solve the problem. Lesson learned: don't buy from Chinese companies who often have poor command of the English language and take days to obtain an answer - not to mention the shipping time from China!

Needed a power cord for Remington…

Needed a power cord for Remington Shaver. Amazon didn't have it. Shaver Outlet had it in stock, very good price. Received it quickly (Faster than Prime usually does). Works great. Definitely recommend Shaver Outlet.

Wahl shaver attachment

The newest Wahl shaver I bought didn’t have the small foil trimmer I really wanted/needed (most don’t), so I found the right one through Shaver Outlet. Good price, fast shipping and the attachment does exactly what I need it to do! Excellent product!

Perfect Replacement Part

My Philips Norelco 9000 series shave was making a terrible shrieking noise. The Bottom Shaving Unit NR-422203624371 was the perfect solution - now my shave is back to a quiet efficient shaver.
Shipping was quick and efficient.

Super fast excellent service.Shipped within 8 hrs of placing order.But,there was a problem with foil and cutter i got.Ive put these in many times before,I made Shaver Outlet aware,Asked them to make it right,Got asked for model number,complied.Then basiclly told not in exact words,that i didnt know what i was doing,making it my fault,so they didnt have to send replacment.This thing wouldnt cut peach fuzz.Stay Far far away from these people,if you value customer service.Update:Found a remington foil and cutter NOS I had in my cabinet ,Didnt know i had.Now shaver works like NEW.Guess i know what im doing after all.Also I was never offered any kind of solution as Shaver Outlet stated
