Great company and quick customer service

I’ve been trying to find the 96M shaver head for my Braun series 9 plus for weeks. The only other retailer who had it was Best Buy but it was a mistake because they were shipping the older 92M. Braun is always slow to get newly released parts to the US.

I found Shavers.com and emailed them and someone named Paddy responded the next day and verified they had it. Thanks Paddy! I just got my order today and it’s the real deal. I’ll definitely be ordering from this company from now on!

Ordered replacement Foils January 10th…

Ordered replacement Foils January 10th 2026...now the 15th and still not shipped?!! Contacted them, "we have people out with the Flu behind on shipments" That's their reply? Funny 🤔 My bank was charged immediately for the purchase ! Flu didn't seem to effect them getting paid?!!! Done with these Idiots!!! Same crap happened last time I ordered the same Foils!!! Worthless company!!!

Item not arriving and customer service playing for time

I placed an order on 9 December. When it had not arrived after 2 weeks and queried this and was told that it had been dispatched. However, they would send out another one. This did not arrived either and when I phoned I was told that they were waiting for more stock. Of course, the website stated all the time that the item was in stock. It also stated that my order was being processed rather than having been dispatched. This is now 31 December and it has still not arrived. I have been told today that the item was dispatched on 24 December with Royal Mail 24 hour delivery. Do I believe them????

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. The product delivered was not the product I ordered. It was a completely different product and customer service was not helpful in resolving the problem or providing any real solution. I spoke to two separate representatives, paddy and John and both were very rude and condescending about the situation. I have never experienced such poor service and I essentially got ripped off for $30 because they shipped me a product I cannot use. I will never purchase from this company again.

Good recovery

I didnt get my order initally as there was an error in my address. Once i made contact it was rectified immediately. Well done
