Absolute joy to deal with. Ordered 3 times from Shaving Shack so far, delivery rm 2nd class longest took 3 days to arrive from order being placed. Products that I've bought are all high quality and free gifts always useful. As a new convert to double edge shaving, I actually look forward to the experience. Shaving Shack certainly make it easy with their products, service and tips.

If I had a business this is how it would be.

I ordered my first cut throat razor along with some other bits & bobs. I was delighted to see I had qualified for a free gift, in my case a beard comb which I had wanted to order anyway!

Ordering was easy and it was here within two days after selecting 2nd Class RM delivery.

Theres plenty of well written included literature to get you going. They also run a comprehensive blog if you're unsure.

Its refreshing to find such a top class company. They truly put the customer first. The reviews on here say it all. I have no doubt recommending this company. Thank you very much.

I hadn't used Shaving Shack before and to be honest the item delivered wasn't the correct one, the response to my email was prompt and polite with the correct item being delivered as quickly as the post could get it there; this was excellent service and I will place another order as soon as I need anything as this is the sort of company I like to do business with.

I bought my first quality badger's shaving brush a few days ago from The Shaving Shack, along with some pre-shave oil, shaving cream and aftershave balm. For purchasing these items and spending over a certain amount, I received a free shavette razor that uses half of a normal safety razor blade! I had contemplated using an open razor for years and by buying the shavette I'll get an idea if I will be any good at open razor shaving. If successful, I'll probably go the whole hog and treat myself to a full blade razor, strop and whatever else I need. I won't lie and say I haven't had a few cuts here and there, but I am sure that with practice my technique will get better! Lol! A great company who offer quality shaving items and they provide a quick delivery service. On top of that you can email them for advice and the reply is also pretty quick. Superb and a place I highly recommend if you need any kind of shaving gear.

A great company with top notch service. Used them for many years now and never had a problem with orders and their products are always excellent. Furthermore, they will also offer some honest and useful advice around the world of wet shaving if you need direction. Definitely recommend buying from them.

The Shaving Shack is my favourite shaving stuff shop for a few reasons:

1) The best products with the largest range to choose from.

2) Value for money, prices are always competitive and free gifts are often available.

3) Any questions are promptly answered by helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The only minus point I can say is that my Agua de Colonia shaving cream(recieved today) along with Muehle shaving mug had leaked in the box. This from it being on it's side and was quite a mess when taken out. This is only being mentioned in the hope that The Shaving Shack takes note so it doesn't happen to anyone else.
This is the only reason a 4 star rating was given and not 5. I have always found The Shaving Shack's service to be exemplary and will continue to buy from them.

Ordered my new razor and soap from TSS got it delivered quickly and including free gift. Use of points will help towards future purchases too.

I had to orders decent shaving equipment from UK instead of buying them form here Finland. The Shaving Shack was the best option for me regarding to their great amount of choices, reasonable prices and fast and fairly low shipping costs to Finland.

Ordered a travel shaving mirror from shaving Shack which came very quickly, but unfortunately it was not as the illustration on the web site. This was to be a replacement for two previously owned items which had each failed around the hinge area, we chose Shaving Shack design as the hinge illustrated was completely different to the originals unfortunately the item received was identical to the original.
Refund was offered for the item but not postage.

Got into the traditional wet shaving a few years back and Shaving Shack was the place where I bought my starting kit. After that I've bought more items from them and have been very pleased with the quality and variety of products they have. All the deliveries have arrived in great condition and very quickly.

The addition of free gifts when you spend above a certain amount is an excellent addition, which allows you to test things you might not usually buy.

This is a great shop for all my shaving supplies. Prices are reasonable and shipping very fast. Plus points and a free gift with all orders over £9.99. What's not to like? :)

Good packaging and on time great products.

I bought my first double edge razor there and their blog help me a lot to choose the good products.

Later on my second command (with a 10% discount for my birthday!) a product was missing, but a quick mail later, they send the missing product without making a fuss. So real good after sale support too.

The shave shack imo is the go to shop for everything a person could want or need for shaving/grooming supplies. Great products, great deals, great discounts' great customer service (should you ever need them). Everything I have bought I could not find cheaper (unless you want to bid then wait on eBay (but that's hit and miss). Can't say a bad word against them.
