No response from customer service...
I had one of the massage guns and was very happy with the product, until it stopped working. So I contacted their support team and received an email asking me to post it back where it would be repaired or replaced under the warranty.
However, that was over 4 months ago and I haven't heard back from them since. No one is responding to my emails and there is no number to call on the website.
This is incredibly frustrating - especially as the product costs over £200.

Best Massage Gun The Market
Love this product, I've used a 'physio therapist grade' massage gun before and this is so much better. The various attachments to suit needs along with the ergonomic feel on the gun itself is 2nd to none. Highly recommended!

Great massager
Great massager - comes with a load of different attachments and has a good range of speeds. I particularly like the prong head which I’ve used on my back to get out some really tight knots that have been there for nearly year. Also use it to activate my back before rugby which has worked a dream. Would hugely recommend!

When my Shavron massager just stopped…
When my Shavron massager just stopped working I was most disappointed as the Shavron was brilliant for my back problems and gave me a lot of relief.
I contacted Shavron and with my 10 year guarantee they were happy to refund me or exchange for a new one.
I now have my new Shavron which I have really missed. I highly recommend the Shavron and can say the customer service I received was 5 star. The Shavron is worth every penny.

Missing Product
