Failing the crown jewels

I replaced all my underwear with bamboo boxers because they were far superior to wear, and I thought I'd give Sheath to give me more options.

However, I found they weren't well designed. The size I usually wear didn't fit for the meat and two veg. It would shaff in places you really don't want it to.

They sent me the size up, and that did fit better, until I sat down. Then it was like my purple ward was being cut into with a cheese wire. So instead of using the hole to tuck your pole into, I used the cup holder instead, which was was fine, but defeated the purpose of having the two support features.

Then while wearing a pair of my plain black Sheath boxers I noticed they'd changed to brown. I've never had that happen before, which was concerning.

For the price of there underwear, and how the features your paying for don't really work, they're just not worth the money

Charges RESTOCK FEE ON UNOPENED UNDER WARE

Placed an order with brand for several pair of their men under ware. The original order was lost in the mail. They reshaped the order & when it was received, I didn’t like what I saw. None of the packaging was open and I returned the items unopened. This company did not refund my money. They only refunded a portion and charged me a fee from returning the unopened unwanted items. They are not good for business. The quality of the men’s under ware are horrible. One would be better of purchasing Calvin Klein or Fruit of the loom.

Best purchase maybe ever?

Genuinely not just the best underwear I have ever bought, but one of the best purchases I have ever made.
Bought 14 pairs of boxers in 2016 and they are still going strong. Not going strong like straggly and holey like some blokes leave their underwear. No rips, frays, holes nothing. And just the most comfortable underwear.

Bear with the ordering process for UK orders. They’re American and it’s messy and clunky and took time and expense. But genuinely so worth it!

I Didn't Know I Needed These

Heard about these from Michael Malice and they are truly a game changer. I'll never go back to regular underwear. Their service team was very helpful in helping me decide what I should get.

Good product, poor practice

UPDATE: They appear to want to make it right. I have received a refund and they are sending a free pair of boxers. I am still not happy about how that popup works, I hope they fix it. Be careful when you checkout on your phone.

The underwear is great. It does what it says, it feels good, and it lasts forever.

The problem is the ordering experience. Upon completing my order on their website using my phone, a popup came up to offer other products. This was after inputting my payment info and confirming. I attempted to swipe up in order to find a "no thanks" button or something but the swipe didn't register and I tapped where there was a laundry bag. This instantly added the bag to my order with no confirmation. Being late at night I decided to handle it in the morning. NEVER do that. Call immediately, you will forget. I have MANY laundry bags from when I was in the military and did not need this. Instant add without confirmation is an incredibly bad practice. Luckily it was only $4 but it makes me mad that this would even be an issue.

Missing items from my order and ignored when emailing customer support!

The quality of the underwear is great. Best I've come across.. however, the 1 star is because x2 items were missing from the order I placed. I was also hit with a £15 shipping/delivery invoice too (when I qualify for free shipping!*).
A week has passed and my email has fallen on deaf ears. I planned on gifting a pair to a friend for Christmas but that doesn't look like a possibility now.
Please know the risk that you will likely receive 6/8 of the items you actually pay for, should you shop with SHEATH.
Ironically, at the bottom of the 'packaging slip' it says 'If there are any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us before leaving any feedback or filing a claim. We take great pride in excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.'
