Customer service was great for me!!

I ordered 2 bras, in the size I normally wear. They were two small and very uncomfortable. I emailed the company. They were apologetic and tried to make it right:)) I did not get a refund but they sent me a different size and style of Bra and I love it! Im so thankful they did that because I will order more of that style and size:))))

This is a total scam ! Don’t waste your money ! Over 50$ Bucks for cheap product two bras take forever to get here & shipped from California two bras stuffed in a tiny bag they my point that’s how cheap they are !!! I am not happy with the product after 10 emails back n forth these crooks want me to pay for the return label and ship it to Hong Kong ! Once they it Get they will determine whether or not a refund ! Very shady ! Who the heck does that ! Yup if you decide to listen to all the hype on this product it’s bs! You will to return it back to Hong Kong it’s expensive and Your product gets lost in transit ! Dirty fricken rats !

Delivery was incorrect and no resolution was offered

The shipment was sent to the wrong address and they sent me photos of someone else’s house and insisted that the package was signed for. Despite sharing Google maps photos of my home and proving it was the wrong address, the company responded “too bad, the logistics company said it was delivered.” And they offered a $10 credit towards a $60+ purchase (which would probably be sent to the wrong address).

The order took FOREVER to arrive and when it did the items were disappointing in fit and quality. When I tried to return them, they only offered me a $35 credit (roughly half of my order total) and said that If I wanted a full refund I would need to pay for shipping back to Hong Kong which would cost me between $35-$50. Absolutely unacceptable!
PSA, Heyshape has outstanding customer service and provides full refunds but Shecurve will scam you out of your money.

Easy Return and Replacement Process

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will never get a refund. Their website only allows positive reviews. My negative review has never shown up. The product *could* have worked if I could actually exchange it or even get a refund. Do your review research OUTSIDE of their website.

I wish I had read reviews for this…

I wish I had read reviews for this company prior to purchasing. When I checked to see where the item was, I saw it originated in China, so it took a long while to arrive. Once it was here, I saw that the bra was nothing like I expected. It is cheaply made and feels thin and flimsy. It was supposed to be for posture, but it has no posture support. Returning it isn’t an option, so I’ll keep it as a reminder to do my due diligence when ordering from companies I’m not familiar with.

Unable to get contact via phone

Unable to get contact via phone, all by email. I wanted a refund but had to settle on only able to get 10$ back. They want me to keep a bra that does not fit. Poor customer service.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible! I have not received my bras that I ordered over a month ago. No response to emails. They provide you with a tracking number that doesn't exist when you try to track it. Do not ever order anything from this company you will be so disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SHECURVE- SCAMMER, FALSE ADVERTISING, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN. Crappy cheap bad fitting bra, ordered 7-11 and came 8/1- after the wedding. What's worse is there is no way to return. I've emailed 3 times and they responded with "oh, you say you didn't receive it? look harder for it "Which is not what I had emailed them, I emailed that I needed to return because it came too late. NOW THEY ARE JUST IGNORING MY EMAILS SO THAT IT WILL BE PAST 30 days.

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. I ordered 3 bathing suits and 1 bra on JUNE 29 and NEVER received my order! I have been fighting with them for over a month to give me my money back since my product never even shipped yet 2 months later. Do NOT order from them. Terrible customer service. Awful and wish I could leave no stars

It looks like the last review was recent on this site. but I tell you that this company is still ridiculous and still operational. I bought $90 worth of shapewear and never received it. I have been dealing with them back-and-forth from April 20th to the end of August. It’s like throwing money away in the wind. I was told over and over again that it had not been delivered but I needed to re-verify my address; contact the shipper and then finally when I told him I was going to contact Apple to dispute the transaction. They told me that they would give me 20% off a future purchase, however they do not Replace or Refund anything.

To add insult to injury, I contacted Apple and they told me that they do not dispute with any merchant over undelivered merchandise, this is through their third-party processor Greendot bank, which seems to me another bogus company however they are a US institution. So I’m extremely unhappy with Apple Pay as well.

Don’t ever buy anything that you’re not dealing with a known merchant through Apple Pay because you will not get your money back. I 100% believe that this Shecurve company knows that and when they get an Apple Pay client all they have to do is not send you your product and pad their pockets!

You would think that with relations between the United States and the UK this would not be the issue… they also show on their website that they operate out of the state of Colorado. Completely bogus, a complete scam, do not buy!

Company address on Google maps is a house that looks abandoned and unkempt.
Are these people serious? They got me and it looks like several others, but I will be much more careful in the future.
