Terrible sizing - instructions are incorrect.
Completely false advertisement about their bras.
No customer support either. They offered me a $25 voucher to spend on their site for two bras that do not fit and I spend well over $160.

Still Waiting, Poor Communication
Ordered on 8th January 2025 (putting the year down in case I'm still waiting next year!)
Emailed for an update 3 weeks later, finally received tracking information a few days later but still waiting for the bathers on 14/2/25.
Let's hope the item is worth it but it may well be winter by the time it arrives at this rate.

Placed an order and received confirmation, 3 -5 days delivery, was advised confirmation of despatch, after 5 days I emailed asking for information on when the item would be despatched, the reply was the item is currently out of stock and to click the link and choose an alternative or refund , I would have considered waiting if they had had the decency to advise it was out of stock , but after receiving a confirmation I was expecting delivery, false advertisements and looking at the reviews not many good ones

Very misleading advertisement - Return address in Hong Kong
Very misleading advertisement. I ordered fleece tights in tan and bronze. Both tights are off black and no way close to the color advertised. I do not recommend this company. I wish I had read the reviews on this website before ordering. I have escalated my claim with PayPal for a full refund. Don't waste your time or money.
UPDATE 2-24-2024: SheCurve offered me a $20 partial refund and a $10 credit to use on their website. Yeah right, as if I would ever do business with them again. They stated they would send me a warehouse address close to me to teturn the items. They never did, instead they provided PayPal with a return address in Hong Kong. It would cost me $68 just to return items totaling $39.99. I feel as though I am being coerced in keeping the merchandise. I contacted PayPal to explain this unfair situation and they issued me a credit via a voucher for use on the PayPal website. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
Stay Away
Items took 6 weeks to arrive. When I contacted them for a return they offered a partial refund and a coupon for future use. I advised them I want to return the items for a full refund and they have yet to respond with the return instructions. Horrible experience with this company.

Extremely poor customer service!! I ordered them Dec 4 2024 and by Feb 11 2025 had still not received a shipping confirmation..I tried asking for a refund but they kept saying my order was about to be shipped. I finally opened a dispute twice with my card and finally they sent me shipping confirmation..I haven’t received the package yet so I don’t know what the product is like yet! Do not buy unless you want to wait months for your package
Poor customer service
Placed an order on Jan. 27 that has not shipped yet. I’ve emailed customer support 2X and tried the online chat (only to be notified it was temporarily shut down due to the volume of questions being asked) and still have not had a reply from SheCurve. Very frustrating!!

They take your money and run
Placed an order based on their size chart. Rcvd my order and the fit wasn’t even close. Contacted support at shecurve dot com three times to ask how I go about an exchange. Never got a response. Tried using the “chat” on their website and got this message back “ Dear customers, due to the recent large order inquiries, We have to taken down live chat support. please contact support at shecurve dot com. We will solve your problems and provide assistance from our emaill as soon as possible!.” in other words NO SUPPORT at all that goes for their products AND their “service” just don’t buy.

if there were zero stars thats what i would give. the product is not what is advertised.. i wanted a comfy bra to wear around the house. this bra wouldn't hold a grape.. thats how supportive it is. to be fair i ordered it.. 80 australian dollars and then i read the reviews.. i emailed them straight away saying i wanted a refund. no answer.. i disputed it with my bank. i let them know i was doing this. to be fair the only thing they did was send the crappy product. they said to keep it.. they would give me a voucher for $15 to shop in their store.. like as if! and a partial refund . they said the return would be too difficult. like ive never been to a post office before. i email every week and they dont answer. so ladies…steer clear.. i wish i did. their product is like a training bra for an 8 year old! i do not

Placed order package not received
I placed an order January 4 and have not received my package. I empathize with the company because I was excited to try the product. My address was not correct and as soon as I clicked submit I realized it and instantly notified the business. I was lied to saying the package was already in route check with my postal service. Tracking number provided was not correct on usps error message read not found. You all lied to my financial institution and said you were in communication with me. Wish I could post the communication. The response are robotic not covering the issue at all. I want a full refund or simply what i ordered. Right now this business is giving scam. No money back no product no clear communication.
