I liked the Seamless Deep V Push-Up Wireless bra. It's the most comfy bra I've ever owned and the straps don't fall down. It doesn't show with some of my v-neck shirts and has good padding. It comes from China so shipping takes a long time like 3 weeks to the US and you have to pay shipping for returns but they give you other options.

They advertise as eligible for returns but they refuse to offer returns. They push and push for just discounted returns in order for you to keep the items. No matter how much I asked for my full return they would not honor it. I even said I would pay for shipping back.
I will never ever be ordering from here again. It also took a month to get my items.

I received my products, but didn’t like the way they fit. They shipped me a better size for free, and I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of returning the product that didn’t fit! Great customer service.

They are awful! Poor communication and you will not receive your package much less a refund ! It has been over two months and I never received my package or a refund . Do NOT buy anything from this place or they will take your money!

They will not exchange products for correct size, they will only offer you a 25% refund on original purchase. If you don’t get the correct fit there is nothing you can do. There is no phone number to call, they simply use AI to reply to emails and keep pretending they don’t have your size to exchange the product 4 months later. I have been trying to be patient but it is clear they will simply take your money and keep stalling. Don’t get sucked into buying from them.

I ordered the wrong size but loved the bra. I got in touch and they immediately handled my request. They recommended I give the bra to a friend which I did. She loves it and they are sending me the correct size for free. I’m blown away.

I ordered Strapless Mesh Underwire Balconette Bra does take a while to received them. I bought the same size as my VS but this one ran a bit smaller I contacted customer service and the shipping out a new size for me. Very easy to work with. I loved the material and the fit was amazing.

Ordered 2 items April 15th. Still no sign of them. Sent an email to Customer Service, told of delay then order finally shipped (from China) May 21. Still no sign of my order.
DO NOT ORDER from this company unless you want to wait 2 months for delivery. RIDICULOUS

I ordered two swimsuits and a bra, and unfortunately the swimsuits did not fit due to my long torso. I emailed asking about a return or exchange, and within 24 hours I had a reply saying I could pick out any item for free and I got a credit for my next order. To top it off I didn’t have to send anything back! Super kind, quick responses, it was overall a great experience! 5stars 😊

No return was available, the fit was way too big despite being my normal size for a bra. After about 12 emails back and forth all I got was $20 store credit after paying $50 for the original bra, even though I wanted to send it back. I’d have to spend money to get anything at this store still. And they offered me another $20 to leave at least a three star review so I wouldn’t trust the good reviews. Quality wasn’t awful but fit and customer service poor.

I would give a neg 100 if I could. I purchased 3 bras. After 1 month they had not even shipped. I sent a email that I wanted a refund. They were supposed to refund in full but never received my refund after multiple attempts to get refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THem!!!
