Scam!!! Took payment and I wait for delivery. Few days later no response so emailed them and got a reply said delivery will arrived before 18/9. But it never came. Emailed again; since then no more response. Phone is invalid. SCAM!!!!
Money taken 5th sept, website stated 3-5 days delivery. Still hasn’t received over a week later so emailed and was told 18th. 18th came and went, was promised up to date info even though their website tracking said completed after a few days of order!
Email responses have now stopped so trying to get money back through credit card company.

Scam! I paid for an item on 8th September. Received an order confirmation. After a few days I emailed them for an update and was told delivery due 18 September. Online my order says completed but I’ve never received it. Now I’m not getting my emails returned- presumably because I asked for the tracking information. Used the contact us on the website- I can’t get a message through
This is a scam company, I have just been in touch with my bank to get my money back.

The company is a scam. They’ve taken my money, no confirmation email. The customer service is a mobile number that doesn’t work and no response from the customer service email. Avoid at all costs. I can only assume the positive reviews are scams too
