Time wasted and product to go in the bin.

The website offers one product only with fake reviews.
I bought 4 gloves and they do not collect ANY hair.
I filed a dispute with my bank as the seller would not respond to my emais requesting a return. After being refunded by the bank, the seller has disputed the refund stating the product was delivered.
I had to go through all the trouble to prove the product DOES NOT WORK.

Drop shipped from China

I ordered a twin saver pack of Shedly Sweep Pro. They are supposed to sweep up pet fur off furniture and surfaces. Lo and behold, the package drop-shipped from China. When it arrived, neither of the products has "Shedly" written on the yellow portion of the product but instead have "Rhino Ben" written on them. This is despite all the follow-up emails coming from "Shedly" and all the images of the product I was buying having "Shedly" written on them. One of the products is defective - the material was sewn in the wrong direction so it doesn't catch any pet hair and instead pulls on the surface of my upholstery. Even the one that works is scratchy, it tugs on the threads of the upholstery. Both products had a sort of chemical smell as soon as I opened the package. I'm super savvy online and don't normally get sucked in (sigh). I really wanted a more environmentally friendly option than sticky rollers, but I fear this might be a scam.
