Completly rubbish company, made up page with viking clothe, they look like crap when they arrive nothing like in page, made from some rubbish,and looks like rubbish, made in China cheapest what you can get, for solid money, and when you want claim money back they're gone never gonna give you return information, because they know it's completely crap, even they don't want it back, just need go to my Bank to get my money back as they selling rubbish, completely joke and skamersThat's what is this company...

I ordered a Men's Viking Celtic Knot Wolf Art Cozy Knit Hooded Sweater Jacket.
Looked really think and chunky warm knitted fleece zip up jumper.
BUT what I received was a very thin printed hoodie, nothing like advertised or described on the website.
My hubby was very excited because it looked lovely, but totally disappointed with the one they sent.
Trying to get a refund 🤞🏻

The items advertised on adverts on Facebook are NOT what you receive, I am so so unhappy with this lot I have sent over 70 emails complaining and asking for returns address, I have constantly been ignored or sent some stupid message saying he has to contact another dept for returns 😡DO NOT GIVE THIS LOT YOUR MONEY AS 110% YOU WILL BE LIKE ME SO SO DISSATISFIED, I BEG YOU NOT TO BUY ANYTHING ITS TAT RUBBISH PRINTED CHEAP CRAP PEOPLE ITS NOT LIKE THEY ADVERTISED AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!I have no choice but to send them a wish that they receive in many forms very bad KARMA ON THEM !!!!!!

Don't even think of buying anything from this fly by nite company. They show you pictures of clothing that isn't what your receive. What we received was poor quality clothing with what looks to be printed patterns. Absolutely not what was advertised. They will not help with a return, and will not answer. We were offered 30% off. Really? This is crap quality, and crap customer service. This is what you get buying from crap China.

Absolutely disgraceful sales platform. I don’t know if I’m more disappointed in the quality of my purchases or me for believing the quality of the retouching of the products. My purchases come nothing close to what was on offer. In quality, texture, materials or size. I’ll stick with Penneys, they’re honest, better quality and half the price. Don’t buy from this site.

You have a super line of clothes the maneuvering between shopping cart and back to clothes line up is a bit sluggish

We ordered on 24 -12 -2025 N.3 items of clothing, two for men, one for women, worth €106.35. In the order we did not notice an error in the sizes, we warned in time of the error in the order (in order to correct the order), we received the opened package immediately refused, as of today 19 - 01 - 2026 we are still waiting to receive the refund of the amount paid by us

Dishonest Traders!

Since receiving 3 Christmas jumpers late, all appalling quality, nothing like advertised and so small compared to the sizes they should be, I have repeatedly requested return details. They offer me a small discount on new orders but are refusing to send return details. I keep receiving marketing emails but no information of their location or how to return for a full refund.

In my eyes, this amounts to theft!

I ordered two “Viking knitted fleece‑lined hoodies” which were advertised as thick, high‑quality garments. What arrived was nothing like the photos: thin material, low‑quality printed pattern, and almost no fleece lining. The items were completely misrepresented.

When I contacted customer service, they refused a proper refund and instead offered small discount coupons. They also insisted I pay international return shipping to China, despite the items not matching the description. After several follow‑ups, they stopped giving meaningful responses.

I eventually had to file a dispute through PayPal, and the refund was issued immediately in my favour.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller. The products were not as described, and the after‑sales support was unhelpful and evasive.

The Customer Service Address is bogus , The goods are cheap fraudulant printed on woven material ,The advertising is totally False I sent for a Fearn island Viking Knitted heavy Mans hooded Jacket and received a Wool printed garment probably wort £3.0. not £70+as advertised . I have now endeavoured to make contact with them 5 times inc the service emaol (which does not exist ??)without success . total scam !I have attached copy of my latest contact !

I am extremely disappointed the item is NOT a wool knitted hooded jacket as described in your catalogue ,it is a cheap linen overprinted garment that is totally unfit for purpose ! It would appear that many other customers are of the same opinion ? Apart from the quality the sizing is total inaccurate by your size chart and to complete the debacle it is also damaged on the inside seam , Send me an address and code for this return ? Failure to comply will result in reporting your organisation for fraud

Hello ordered a hoodie with Viking style knitted pattern as pictured on website, what I received was a very small printed piece of tat. On asking for return details I am now getting the run around. Saying other departments to confirm etc and it may take some time.
Definitely don’t buy as it’s not what is expected.

Ordered 2 black chunky knit cosy Icelandic zip-up sweaters with 3D knotwork patterns, "made in the traditional Icelandic way" - the pictures looked stunning.

What I received were 2 thin purple zip-up hoodies made of acrylic/polyester (there was no care label inside) from China.

I was offered a 20% refund if I kept them or a full refund if I returned them at my own expense.
What a scam! I would never have heard from them had I returned the items, and they would have been quids in (I've been caught out like this before).

It was paid for through PayPal so hopefully they'll see through the scam and refund my money. Still waiting for the outcome. . . .

After receiving my order the only similarity with the photograph was the printed designee on a clearly cheap Hoodie.
In the photograph it clearly showed a fur? type lining but not in mine. Even the colour was different. Disappointed is an understatement never again.
