Immediately snagged (my first time putting them on), and then their customer service is super slow and unresponsive. It's obvious they don't want to actually resolve the issue and hoping I forget about it. I've had to chase them multiple times via email and social media. Regret purchasing and won't be a customer again.

Amazing customer service. Fast shipment and amazing thick tights!

None of the items that I ordered arrived with the package. The package was split open in the mail and contents fell out before arriving. I have been in touch with Sheertex customer support to flag the issue numerous times and I was given direction to reach out to USPS and file a claim however on the a claim form in order to complete, I need to include a domestic US mailing address for the claim to be able to submit, I reached out to inquire about the best address for the New York base distribution center or better address and have not received a response. I have sent images of the packaging that was ripped upon opening. I would like a response and at this point a full refund. Have not received a response back as of today.

I have fallen in love with these tights. They are soft, sheer, comfortable and strong all at the same time. I’ve had issues with a couple of my pairs, but the customer service team was amazing and replaced the defective parts. Will definitely continue to purchase them again

I received the wrong size and Sheertex will not tell me how to return the stockings or refund my money. They were not opened. I have sent at least 5 emails and no one will get back to me. Very bad business. Not sure who is running the company but it needs a lot of help. I am spreading this terrible information to everyone that I can including QVC. Which is where I believe I first purchased your products. I need a phone number so that I can make a formal complaint or an address to write a formal letter. At this point I just want my money back. It turns out that the products are not as good as the company claims, they do get runs in the stockings.

Shipping was quick, loved the sales. The tights were also exactly what I wanted!

I contacted the company several times to clarify how to return my unopened merchandise. I emailed their customer service and started a return using my order number. Nowhere on the help page does it say where to send the merchandise, just vaguely the city it's in. I have not received any responses. This is extremely frustrating and seems like the information is made obscure in bad faith.

Sizing was off. Followed you size chart and tights were too small. Also shipping took too long. It was a week and half after receiving shipping notice that I actually received it. Won’t be ordering again.

Love all your products. Need more choices in different colors, especially in the higher denier tights!!

Snags after first use. Emailed them twice and contacted from instagram, no reply back. It’s a scam.

For those hard-to-fit ladies, these stretch beautifully, and do not sag between the legs. I'm 5'8" at 220 lbs. The 2X size fits perfectly, looks great and are all-day-long comfortable. I highly recommend Sheertex.

The sizing was totally off for the maternity style. Could barely fit it over my belly

I bought based on the size guide online. I am tall but assumed like other stockings, they would stretch. I was wrong; they are too short. I contacted the company multiple times about how these don't fit and no one followed up. One pair even has a run in it after trying to pull it up.

Best tights ever. Don’t run, can be washed in laundry. Excellent fit, too.
