STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Do not order anything from them, they are complete fraudsters. It took over 6 weeks for my order to arrive, I tried to cancel several times to no avail. And if you purchase from them you automatically sign up to a monthly membership payment!! Please do not

Terrible experience. They signed me up for a membership which I didn't agree to, my bank had to get the money back.

The product is terrible, I purchased a medical measuring device, quoted 3-5 days. It took 3 weeks. Instructions in Chinese, with a poor effort to translate. When you call, it rings out and the asks you to leave a message. It then tells you the mail box is full. Really bad experience, don't buy unless you can afford to loose your money.

I ordered two bluetooth key fobs from this company (which appears to be a channel for Vistashoppe - A US company specialising in make-up) which was just over £10. That was all fine until I received an additional charge of just over £23 ($29.99) which I challenged and was promised a refund. 10 days later, having received no refund, I pursued this via VistaShoppe.com's ticket system. To be fair, they responded quite fast, understood the problem, explained that I had subscribed for a VIP service for their make up company (I am a straight, boring 56 year old man - so not my scene!). Apparently this had happened on check out and, I have to assume, this was an additional service switch that defaulted to "on". I was then promised a refund so I thought the battle was won! 2 weeks later, no refund having arrived, I followed up on the ticket to be informed that the ticket was to be closed and that no refund was to be given. I was advised to pursue recovery using chargeback with my bank. My bank was unable to help me because I could not provide proof of cancellation before the charge was taken. So, frankly I have now given up. It was not about the £23. It was a matter of principle. This company will try to rip you off. If you buy from them, I wish you luck - read the small print and back away if you are at all unsure.

One star is too much for this company, they are scammers, so please avoid them at all costs. They take your money and send you faulty goods; then they don't answer emails and eventually when they do they move the goal posts and say an excuse every time. BUYER BEWARE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS THEY'LL ROB YOU TOO.

Bought an item from this company and buried in their terms and conditions signed up to a monthly payment to get access to other items. They then tried several times under different company names to take money from my account. Fortunately my bank are on to their underhanded tactics and blocked the payments. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Buy elsewhere.

Do not buy from this company. The products are incomprehensible with Chinese instructions and do not work You cannot get any sense from them in terms of return addresses. The phone goes unanswered. They give you a 20percent refund. You get nowhere. This company is unfit for purpose and should not be allowed to trade.

Awful customer services I've tried for nearly 5 weeks to return an item but they keep sending me on a wild goose chase. They asked for pictures of the item from every angle then took nearly 2 weeks to reply when they eventually reply and i didnt immediately email them back they had the nerve to ask me why I haven't replied straight away. Pray you don't have to return an item to them they're useless

Can't the anti-fraud team deal with this company and their other associated scammers? Surely there's enough evidence here. Once again they tried to take money from my account but lucky enough my bank blocked them.

The product I was unfortunate to order from them was very poor quality, and unusable. Wanted a refund, they gave 20% refund only.
Also, be aware that they will enroll you to a membership without your knowledge! I needed to change my card and reported them to the financial authorities because basically they commited a fraud.
The worst company I ever had to deal with, they are not worth even the one star.

Avoid this scam outfit at all cost. Still trying to get a refund for an item they did not deliver.

Sent me wrong item and then took two months to respond to me despite me chasing via email and telephone. Refused to give me a full refund. Terrible customer service.

Please don't buy from this company. Like others have said you will automatically be enrolled into a membership scheme. My product came with Chinese instructions and was in a different box than the one on the website. My box had Chinese writing on, the website picture had English writing on. One leaflet was enclosed for two cholesterol testing units, and the instructions were written in such a small font it was impossible to read. After complaining I have now been sent a link to a you tube video with no English speaking on?? Absolutely rubbish instructions, not the same product in the same packaging as I ordered. Oh, and I was informed no refunds I was offered a % discount, for the inconvenience! Steer clear of this company.

I also bought products from this company and found that I had inadvertently clicked a box for VIP membership. Money is then taken after your initial purchase using your inputted card details. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Went by company name Sheer vogues.com on bank statements.

Please do not order from this company, I too fell for their scam. Ordered a folding table, they will start with there has been a shipping delay due to high demand, then tell you it’s been shipped, then it’s with a courier company, of course it isn’t. Never received any tracking number, despite many requests. They also sign you up to a membership without your consent and put a recurring charge against your card details. I had to contact the fraud department at my bank and cancel my debit card. Fortunately my bank have now refunded me. Do not believe anything that is on their web site, they are not uk based as far as I can tell, as their phone number is based in America. VERY CLEVER SCAMMERS!!!

Dont use, this is a clever scam. Ordered a product, received various e mails about late delivery, wrong address etc very sorry, thank you for your patience...in the mean time they pass your details on to other companies who take small purchases (£25) from your account, hoping you will not notice. They have a help line in London which they never answer. Cancel your bank card and report as fraud.

The advert for Infrared Solar Powered Animal Deterrent showed FOUR Deterrents, but, only ONE Deterrent was received. This is an UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY which advertises items was over the price you can pay elsewhere. In addition they do not deliver anywhere near the timescale quoted at purchase, nor are they willing to take returns.

This company is an absolute SCAM. They are based in London in UK but they have connections overseas. I ordered a product from them in May 2024 at a cost of £14.50 but it took about 5 weeks to arrive. There seemed to be a Chinese connection here and I kept getting emails telling me of its journey via several ports and locations. It eventually arrived and the cost had changed to £15.04, exchange rate I thought. Then on the 19th June 2024 I received my Visa bill which showed a cost of £15.49, this include a non sterling transfer fee of £0.45, hence the addition to the £15.04.This is where the trouble starts because it was in the name of Oxenfords.com who are based in the USA. My bill also had on a recurring monthly charge of 29.99 US dollars converted to £24.27. This immediately raised my suspicions so I telephoned the fraud department at Barclaycard. They were very helpful on this and were well aware of the Sheertrends company but were grateful of my telling them about Oxenfords.com who are another SCAM company running alongside Sheertrends. With some research I found the phone number of Sheertrends in London and spoke to a very agitated guy who said that he would refund both my items which would take circa 3 days. Watch this space. I said that I had referred them to Barclaycard fraud department. I then told the fraud department of this phone call and they have put a block on this and any other attempts which these companies make to charge my account. This all started with what I thought was an innocent purchase from Bona fide uk company so Caveat Emptor.

SCAM! Taken multiple payments after purchasing! The product did not work and removed immediately!
