A miscommunication corrected Happy

A big thank you to sheet music. I thought I had bought a certain song and it downloaded incorrectly for some reason there was some miscommunication and a different song was downloaded,, but they refunded me my money and they were very gracious. I really appreciate this company and if I need some sheet music, I will come to them again thank you.

I'm sorry you didn't get what you wanted. I guarantee you though, that we sent you what you ordered. It's all computer automated. They can't sort of accidentally send you the wrong piece.

However, that doesn't really matter. We're happy to refund your purchase (you do have to delete/destroy the music you purchased) and we can probably help you find what you actually wanted.

All our music is for download and local print. That is, you purchase and we send you a link to a pdf. Then you print the music on your printer. We do not ship any physical products. In addition, we have a tool that will allow you to transpose or do a digital playback (both an mp3 and a MIDI) on songs marked that way.

The last page of the checkout process has a download link on it. We also sent you an email with the subject "Purchase order# confirmed" that has the download link in it. please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your Inbox .

In addition, if you have created an account (https://support.sheetmusicnow.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049165272-How-do-I-create-an-account) you can log in, click on "My account" (or the torso if you're on a device with a small screen) and a full list of your orders can be seen. You can download from this list. You can also transpose from this list if the piece is transposable.

Good help from my concern—Could not print music

Could not print music. I had to screenshot each page. A clear PRINT option would help. I received a helpful and timely response from support for this issue

I'm sorry you had this problem. Our product is a pdf. When you download it it often will usually open in whatever default pdf viewer is configured on your browser. Most show an obvious print icon. E.g. on Chrome there is a tiny little printer icon. If you send a message to help@sheetmusicnow.com and tell me what browser and pdf viewer if you have changed the default is I will send you a screen shot of how to print.
