It took weeks for my item to arrive. I planned on using it for a holiday party and even as they gave me a tracking number it never worked so I really didn’t know when it would arrive. I tried canceling the order as the tracking number didn’t work and whoever was working through their customer service emails responded with “sorry, because it’s already shipped, we can’t cancel it for you.” Still couldn’t provide me with a working tracking number at that time. When it did arrive (arrived with a China address; I should’ve known!), the quality of the item was garbage. The photos on the site did not match the item I actually received. I got what looked like a curduroy material that could pass for sofa covers. The online photos looked like the model had on a cotton material. I definitely didn’t need the item anymore and I definitely didn’t want such a poorly made dress for the price I paid for it! Ridiculous!

So returning the item was the next option. I messaged the website and after reassuring them I’d like a refund, I finally got an address — back to China! It was such an ordeal. After calculating costs, tracking was required, the amount to ship this item far exceeded what it actually cost! I’m still awaiting an email to see if I can be somewhat compensated for this ordeal, but you guessed it, no response! Clearly they see no reason to make their customers happy after they take your money!

Moral of this story, DO NOT buy/order anything from this site! I should’ve known to message them where it’s being shipped from before ordering. Worst experience I’ve had with online orders!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered Dec 3 and still have not received my sweaters. They do not respond to emails. I got a tracking number that says they initiated but haven't actually shipped the package. I am having to escalate a claim through Paypal. Buyer Beware!

Revising my previous review. The 2 items ordered 12/3 arrived today, 1/7. They are actually as pictured and fit my daughter correctly. Can’t comment further on quality since they haven’t been washed but both look and feel fine to me. The company is in China, as evidenced by the shipping label. There are NO labels on the actual clothes! Still not sure I’d order again but wanted to update my review.

Same experience as everyone else!! Ordered 12/12/18 & still haven't gotten it!! So done with this!! Emailed back & forth how many times!! They misspell & are mildly illiterate!!! Company is a joke!! We need to get it shut down!! Stop scamming people for their hard earned money!! Anyone know what else we can do..? I will be calling the bank because I'm done with this emailing & nonsense!!!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Ordered an item online 12/2/18 for Christmas & never received. Tracking Number shows item has shipped 29 days ago. Order was processed & paid for. No customer service response the last several emails. I requested my money back & will report them to my credit card company. Totally bad experience!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company is a fraud. Their clothing is sized incorrectly according to their size charts and they refuse to work with you or provide refunds. The only way to contact them is through email. I got nowhere with them and lost over $100.

If I could rate them a zero I would. Read their return info. You cannot return an item if it doesn't fit. The quality is pure crap. Ordered an item on Dec. 5. Ordered 2 more an hour later. The two arrived on Christmas Eve. I notified them that the other one didn't. Then I got a notice that you shipped it after I sent them the email. I told them to cancel it, but I bet they are going to send it and won't let me return that either. They are the crappiest place you ever want to order from. So don't.

I placed an order on December 11th., when i checked my confirmation email from paypal, to try & track my order Shefn responded that they received my order & will start preparing it! This was December 19th! I have tried 3 different email addresses to try & reach out for them& they keep coming back undelivered! Email mailboxes do not exist! Does this company actually exist??? I’m going to have to get my bank & Paypal to fight them for fraud! So much for the Christmas presents, I ordered! 😡! I will never order again from a company, without looking up all their reviews first! So Angry & disapointed!

I am not happy at all, I ordered and have been waiting over three weeks for my items. AND, they will not return an email that I sent asking for a status update. NEVER AGAIN! I should have checked reviews before ordering.

I would not waste my money on their JUNK. Cannot return or get refund. The clothes are dreadful. I totally got ripped off. Every piece I ordered is just terrible
