Ordered a dress it didn't suit me. I have emailed them 3 times and messaged on Instagram for a returns form - no response.
I cannot bear dealing with companies that have rubbish customer service and a difficult returns policy I would not have ordered if I knew this - 14 day returns policy and they don't respond !
Ordered a dress that unfortunately was too small. I have requested a returns form three times by email and once via Instagram, but have had no response.
Update:have now received form.

Ordered a dress online on 10th June for a wedding. Still haven’t received it - so emailed last week. Finally got a reply on Friday (20th) saying they are not sure what had happened.
Fantastic personal service will definitely be buying again

No website running for this company yet, but I bought from them after seeing a Facebook advert. I’m delighted. I selected two dresses which fit perfectly. They’re flattering and ideal for smart work occasions. I’m delighted and wanted to let you know. I buy practically all my clothes online so I know the headache it can be. Delivery took a little longer than most of the big corporates but my order arrived within 10 days of ordering, nicely packaged and wrapped in tissue paper. Recommended.
