Better tracking and updates on orders. Shorten shipping lead times.

Excellent products and service - especially considered the price. I purchased (4) moving heads and (20) aluminum par from SHEHDS - best for the money. The colors are nice, and the lights are bright - make them perfect for my use of wedding gigs. I was able to dim the lights and bring up when needed.

Customer service are great too. I contact “Belle” via email & WhatsApp and got quick response. I certainly consider purchase more lights from them.

Good lighting fixtures, at a reasonable price, delivered on time. Craftsmanship could be better, but that comes at a cost: a few fixtures required repair, which I completed after receiving a video from the company. Also, I was unable to determine whether VAT was included in my purchase.

I am a mobile DJ and decided in the fall to replace my moving heads with new ones from Shehds.

I had looked at several different manufacturers, and my network suggested that I look at Shehds products.

There were several mobile DJs in my network who had already bought moving heads from Shehds and were happy with them.

I got in touch with Monica at Shehds, and have ordered a total of 16 moving heads with flight cases placed over 3 orders.

I have received good and professional service from Monica throughout the process.

All items that were in stock in the EU were delivered within a week.

I ordered a single flight case to be sent from China, and Monica has kept me informed about how far it had reached.

A single package was not delivered as agreed when the carrier mistakenly misplaced it. Monica was immediately in dialogue with the carrier, and kept me informed until it was found and subsequently delivered.

I am really happy with the service I have received from Monica and would recommend everyone who shops at Shehds to talk to her.

I had a really great experience with SHEHDS. I’ve bought a couple of lights and lasers from them, and I’m honestly very happy with both the quality and the price. The products feel solid, work perfectly, and definitely met my expectations.

Shehds, their website may not be the most practical or user-friendly. It is difficult to find your accumulated discounts, and it is also very difficult to activate a different shipping address. What I am very satisfied with, however, is the online sales team at Shehds, who do everything they can to solve any problems you may have.

As for technical support, there is room for improvement. Instead of a collective WhatsApp group, it would be better to work with personal WhatsApp messages.
Their products are of exceptionally good quality.
We have been working with their battery-powered uplighters and 19x15w wash moving heads for quite some time. The flight cases supplied are of sufficient quality.

I'm currently in California. The Shehds team have been an essential tool to assist us in getting profiles created in capture.se for 3D previz. They are extremely helpful and willing to collaborate so that all tools are available both for console profiles and integration for capture.se, overall I'm very pleased with the assistance they are willing to provide, makes me feel comfortable with my purchase knowing the product is being backed by a team that are willing to collaborate and support clients in a fast paced and quickly evolving industry.

We've been using SHEHDS lights for a few years and have been very impressed with the consistency & reliability of their products. We used other brands, but spent more, had issues that were rarely resolved & were having to do a lot of repairs on. Recently, I reported an issue, to SHEHDS, about a light that was near the end of it's warranty. But, they still honored it and immediately sent me what I needed to make it right. Our show is always a work in progress, but when I decide to try something different SHEHDS is my go to lighting company.

I have been using SHEHDS for 10 years now, starting with 16 of their 90w LED Spots back in the day which are STILL working perfectly now.

Recently we added a lot more fixtures with 9x15W and 36x18w Moving head washes, which work fantastic even in 2000 capacity venues.

Another unsung hero are their Led par cans which are fantastic value and have stunning colours again filling massive stages for us all year round.

We also have added 2-cell blinders, Led Battens, Hybrid DMX and Power cables and lighting clamps again without a single problem and great quality and value.

The biggest addition this year though was 12 of the 200w GALAXY JET hybrid 3-in-1 moving head spot, beam and wash.

These are fantastic units and cover so many visual effects also with the addition of the RGB ring around the lens which is a great "eye-candy" effect.

Last but not least we have to mention the SHEHDS FLIGHT cases! All of our units are cased in these and they are perfect for what we need.
They are usually no bigger than they need to be, being nice and compact, fairly lightweight but strong and look really smart finished in black.

The after sales service is also great via CHANCE who has helped us choose the right products when needed and is always available to help.

We look forward to adding more in 2026 to our inventory.
