I am actually coming to this whole adventure later in life, when everyone else is already retiring. And although I am not qualified yet, I am working on it, and can already start to put things into place, so this workshop has been fantastic, and lots of things to plan and work on. Many Thanks.

Generous and great examples - made it very practical and easy

In May of this year I attended a training seminar that Sheila facilitated and it honestly was fantastic. She guided me through a quick demonstration of what it would be like to experience a small segment of her weight loss process.
I've had a problem with licorice for sometime and that happened to be the food type I focused on during the session. I was skeptical, not because of her work but because of me and my own mind. However, I was really shocked when faced in these store with my choice to purchase that licorice, I wanted it but it honestly turned my stomach. Since that day I really have not eaten any all these months later when I was a weekly user. I think she helps people unlock something they really want deep in the subconscious.
