Loyal customers are theated with discrace

I write this in english so other nationalities can understand.
Loyal customers are theated with disgrace. I have bought alot on this site!
BUT! The one time i sent items for a refund, the way the customer service treats you, is a discrace.
1. I had to pay for the refund my self
2. It takes weeks before it is registered
3. When trying to upload receipts to confirm returned shipment it doesen`t work
4. When finally getting throug customer service, they can not help you out. And thay can´t find your receipt and you go nowhere with them.

I am still waiting for my refund despite shipped the items for over a month ago, and I doubt I will ever get it...

I will wait for my refund if I ever will get it.... and than Ill delete my account. Loyal customers does not means a shit to them, and avent tretead as such.

Defective product and completely meaningless customer support

I purchased a children’s toy from SHEIN. The item stopped working suddenly during normal use. It was charged correctly, used exactly as intended, with no damage, misuse, or external impact.

This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect that could not have been discovered within the return window.

I contacted customer support immediately after discovering the issue and provided detailed explanations, photos, and video evidence. Instead of reviewing the defect, SHEIN repeatedly sent template responses, ignored the evidence, and relied solely on internal time limits.

At one point, their own representative mentioned the possibility of a one-time exception or goodwill resolution — which was never honored. After that, I received only copy-paste replies telling me nothing could be done.

This is not customer service. This is an imitation of support designed to exhaust the customer until they give up.

I will not shop at SHEIN again and strongly advise others to think twice, especially when buying items for children.

The quality is poor, return is impossible

The quality is poor, just pure synthetic. And be aware: if you ever want to make a return, it’s an exhausting process that will cost you a lot of time and money. I wasted an entire evening just trying to find the “Return” button — which I never did. In the end, I had to contact customer support, and now I’m still waiting for their reply.

Worst experience

Worst experience, you have to pay for the return yourself and it will cost you hundreds of kroners to sent it back. Mostly the products are really cheap!
