I strongly advise against shopping at…

I strongly advise against shopping at Shein. I tried to return a product, but their platform was constantly glitching and wouldn't allow me to process the return. I contacted their customer service multiple times, sending screenshots as proof of the technical issues, but I was completely ignored. Now, my return window has expired, and I am stuck with items I don't want. They clearly make it difficult on purpose so you can't get your money back. Extremely disappointed!

0 STARS IF I COULD.

SHEIN refused my refund despite proof from INPOST confirming delivery of my return (tracking and weight certificate provided). They claim items weren't received but refuse to show evidence. Unacceptable lack of transparency and customer care. Be cautious—I'm escalating this with INPOST support and consumer protection authorities. Avoid SHEIN!
