Exceptional service

I recently purchased my beautiful Renault captur from shelborne motors and my experience was excellent. David (Bridges) was exceptional in helping me find the perfect car for my family's needs. I was kept up to date at every point and made to feel included in all aspects of my purchase from build to collection.
The staff at Shelborne motors are helpful, friendly and professional and made me feel incredibly welcome at all times.
My new car is fantastic I am so happy with it,it is just perfect for my family and David's help was key in finding our perfect fit.

Overcharging for work that wasn’t…

Overcharging for work that wasn’t necessary for some months.

Quoting in red for items that weren’t needed ie falsely indicating that these works were urgent when they were not.

I had a mechanic look over the quotation who couldn’t believe how much they were overcharging me.

Invoice amended from over 1000 to 200. I will never have my car serviced at a Shelbourne motors again.

I have been with Sherbourne motors for…

I have been with Sherbourne motors for over 5 years now. My last car wasn't great but i guess it's not then fault but Dacia. BUT I wanted to change the car and Mark was such a nice guy. Highly recommend working with Mark

Recently worked with Mark from the Portadown showroom to find a new car that suited my requirements. Mark was great from the beginning, working with not only myself but also my parents who were assisting me during this process. Mark had a wealth of knowledge, was easy to work with, extremely helpful when I had 101 questions and made sure to reach out multiple times during the process to ensure everything was in place and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend working with Mark and appreciate the time and effort that he and the team at Shelbourne put in to ensure I was happy with my car and help in the transition to a fully electric car. Mark has been great to work with and has gone above and beyond to assist during this process. I look forward to working with Mark and Shelbourne in the future. Many Thanks!

I recently purchased a 3 year old…

I recently purchased a 3 year old Toyota C-HR
After using the boot last weekend, I noticed a large tear in the rear seat fabric, along with a damaged parcel shelf.
Extremely disappointed with this company and I certainly will not be using them for any future purchases or maintenance

Great Service

Great customer service and staff in Newry, Always friendly.

Sales nightmare with Shelbourne Motors

When you order a vehicle you would expect it to come the colour you ordered and if not you would expect the supplier to make it right. Not with Shelbourne Motors They didnt make any reasonable offer to make good. They simply wanted 8K more or tough, suck it up. Not a pleasant experience.

BAD EXPERIENCE AND REGRETFUL DEALINGS WITH SHELBOURNE MOTORS BELFAST

I contacted Shelbourne motors to buy a car from London. a Mercedes C class. I was fraudulently sent an email with Registration number by email and a video that they covered up their trick and when the car arrived London I saw a different plate number. Also I was told the car has two keys only for the car to arrive with only one key. The contact person kept lying to me that the second key will be posted to me until he finally confessed they had just one key and sent me to Mercedes garage to get a second key and they refused to make payment for the second keys till date and now I am stuck with just one key without a spare key . Now it even gets worse, the car hs several problems on the joints. the joints are shaking and making noise and it will cost me a lot of money to get it fixed with new ones. also when the vehicle arrived the same day it failed MOT. I spent over £350 fixing the front right leg to pass MOT. documents and evidence are available. I have spent the past few months chasing them for my spare key and also to fix the noise in the car to no avail. I have being extremely depressed by their actions and the way I was completely misled into taking a faulty car by Shelboiurne motors because I was not in Belfast to carry out physical inspection of the car.

We have investigated your points internally and value the opportunity to offer a public response.

We strongly refute your claim that we fraudulently sent you a video or used any tricks. We can confirm the video tour of the vehicle is the vehicle that was delivered to you in April 2022. Any change of vehicle registration number would have been confirmed with you at time of sale.

With regards to your request for a spare key. This request was dealt with by the team and the spare key was paid for directly to your local Mercedes garage. We are aware that you have not yet been to the garage to have your key programmed so we recommend you do this at your earliest convenience.
All of our used vehicles are subject to rigorous inspection by our highly trained technicians. We have been able to show you the full report that clarifies the condition of the vehicle brake discs & pads before delivery.

We do however believe that on this occasion we provided you with all the information you needed in a timely manner.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us should you require any further information.

Great service ...collection in dublin airport . Got shuttle bus to carpark next to m50 and everything was ready. Collected key and away we go . Returned car and got shuttle to airport great service
