Ordered one day delivered the next, assembly was straight forward so it was in use within 24 hours. Now my books are off the floor!

I used this service, because it promised to be quick and easy. Too bad it turned out to be the opposite, and they kept my money too.
-they lost my order but marked it as delivered to me with signature.
-they magically delivered to me after a couple of days once I complained, without any notice or apology
-the product received came with a piece that was glued together wrong, meaning after waiting and stressing it was now impossible to assemble my bookshelf at all
-Upon contacting the customer service again, always politely, I received rude replies blaming ME, the customer for their poor service, and was told they will not reimburse my money at all.

Steer clear of this company if you are looking for a quality product and a smooth service. They failed on both categories.

The product arrived on the correct day at the correct time. It was extremely well wrapped and protected. Nothing was missing. It is a sturdy unit and of quite good heavy quality. My more recent online purchases of this kind of stuff were a disaster. Wayfair could not deliver the right product never mind on the right day and it was damaged. I am impressed by Shelfstore and give them a thumbs up!

I like the shelving I purchased, their website helped me to design it, to fit my space and requirements. It was tricky to start the assembly - there is little to hold it together to start with - however the backing holds it sufficiently once ticked in. Very sturdy, all real solid wood, which is what we prefer.

I chose Shelfstore because few other manufacturers could provide the shallow shelves (18 cms) I needed to fit in a confined space. Their website is simple to use with helpful video graphics. The ordering process was straightforward. Delivery was quick and the shelving system is uncomplicated and easy to assemble. Everything fits as it should and the finished racks are very sturdy and look good. This company is perhaps a little pricey, but overall I was very pleased with what I got. Recommended.

Totally flexible systems with a shelf to suit every location. I made a 6'6" tall spice rack which made good use of a redundant space in my kitchen . . . . perfectly. Thank you.

The Shelfstore bespoke shelving design allowed me to exactly fit floor to ceiling shelving for bookcases. The wood is solid pine and looks and feel to a quality finish.
The online design wizard is very useful to help start your sleving design, but always buy extra shelves and enjoy creating varied shelf heights and numbers when you install.
Their service was excellent too, delivery can be next day, and calling them to ask for advice and design help was a great experience too. Even after one small item was missing in my delivery, Shelfstore couriered the missing missing piece straight away.

Arrived quickly and well packed. Very easy to put together. Once we'd secured it to the wall it was rock steady.

The wood itself is just pine but it's finished to a high grade. No loose ends, just nice solid planks.

Custom dimension shelving fit for any needs. Shelfstore were able to match my shelving requirements where nobody else could. The shelves were delivered within 2 days of ordering and can be assembled really quickly.

I would highly recommend to anyone out there looking for bespoke shelving solutions.

Excellent product, online design tool easy to use. When shelving arrived very well packed, clear instructions and fitted together perfectly.

Really impressed with the Shelfstore product. It's a great DIY option if you're looking for bespoke bookcases/storage. The range of components mean you can design units for different purposes, in any number of sizes and configurations. I ordered one bookcase initially, and was then able to turn it into a corner bookcase, order two more bookcases and design a TV unit to match.
The wood is very nice solid pine – and Shelfstore will send out a sample before you decide. The online ordering system works very well, and everything comes quickly and very well-packaged. I rarely write reviews, but have for this as I'm so impressed. Highly recommended. Now to design the giant wardrobe/storage unit I have planned for the spare room...

Just bought shelves from Shelfstore for fitting into a confined cupboard and because of their excellent design I was able to instal them with no difficulty. Extremely well built and fast and easy to track delivery. I could not recommend them too highly.
