If I could give this company zero stars I would. Ordered a dress off a Facebook reel - should've checked it out on here first but we live and learn - which, when it came was a poor imitation of the picture used on their site. Cheap, crap material and colours nothing like they should've been. Contacted their excuse for a customer services by email to see how to return and initially got an automated response but then nothing. Sent several emails which have all been ignored. Company has a co.uk address but are not in UK at all, they're in China. So I guess I'm stuck with this ugly dress. I'm just glad I didn't order anything more. Avoid at all costs. Shelia is a scam outfit.

I really would avoid this company. I bought a dress that i had also seen in John Lewis back in June, it took many many weeks to arrive. When it arrived - many many weeks later - the size / quality and fabric were nothing even close to the one seen in John Lewis - although was presenting as the same dress (exactly the same ad pics, descriptions, brand etc, so I think Shelia just taken pictures off other websites to create their web inventory, and then making or delivering items of an entirley different quality / make up / sizing. The zip did not even work, so I tried to return it for refund on the ground of being faulty - but also becuase it was absolutly enormous and not the stated measurements. I initially received a holding email from 'customer service', then another 'appreciating my patience' and now nothing - this was around 6 weeks ago.

This is 100% a sham / scam business. Looking into how to report them. Should have read the reviews on here before i ever bought from them.

Ordered clothing as I thought it was from .co.uk . In fact from China and rubbish quality. Ordered 6XL fearing it might be massive, in reality would only fit a small child!! It was crumpled like it was used for dusting too. Contacted them five times for money back - no response whatsoever. AVOID.

Avoid this company at all costs! The dress I ordered, I tried to cancel within 10 minutes of ordering it. They don’t respond to emails at all and there is no other way of communicating. The dress still arrived, despite my attempts to cancel and the material and zip of the dress is awful. Have tried sending 3 emails asking them for a return label and a refund and not one of them has been acknowledged! Very disrespectful!!

Not even one star dress arrived awful material not as described . No tracking or emails . Comes from china trying to get refund bought on Klarna . Avoid this company totally it’s a scam

Ordered a dress - when it came was nothing like the picture - so disappointed- they never answer the phone - I have had one email saying keep the dress and they will refund 70 per cent of price but I just want to return the dress and get my money back.???

What can I do?

Not a good company at all avoid.

If there was a zero score it would get 0 .. fake company .. avoid .. I ordered a jumper for £27 never heard from them since .. and looking at other peoples experiences it says it all

I'm waiting for my order sent tracking number when trying to track it it's not recognised The Shelia website ends in .Co.uk which is very misleading, it's actually coming from China this should not be allowed. Contacted them said they was waiting for it to be shipped due to high demand, this is 10 days after I placed my order. It was supposed to be shipped in 3 to 5 days. I asked for a refund, then I was told I can't have a refund because its already been shipped. I don't believe it has been shipped, theve got my money. Will be going through PayPal for a refund if I don't receive it in the next 5 days

This shop shouldn't even get a one star. It has been totally misleading and not advertised as a company based in china or I never would have ordered from here. I asked for a refund on the Sep 6, 2024 and I am yet to receive one. Going by the other reviews it seems i am not the only one who has had the same experience. I urge anyone to not buy from here. EVER

This company is not UK based at all, in fact they’re based in China. The summer dress I received was poor quality and despite taking measurements as the site suggested it still didn’t fit.
They offer you 60% of your purchase price as refund and suggest you can keep the garment, but why would I want something so poor quality. I demanded a full refund and was shocked when they supplied a return address in CHINA!

The return postage was £17 and the dress was £30.99. This company is clearly providing sub-standard clothing and running this scam. Yes I got a full refund but they got the dress back to con another person!

I went on holiday and left £10 with my mum to cover the return postage which she unwittingly topped up. Please don’t waste time on ordering from this company selling clothing that is so poor so they can then rip you off! 😡
I will also be reporting this company to trading standards for their scam practices as they are not UK based at all.

Terrible . Rubbish quality. V neck white shirt , nothing like the photo. Wanted to return but got to return to CHINA and only get 60% back !!! Lesson learnt. Won’t do again

The jackets I purchased took weeks to arrive and when they came bore no resemblance to the advertisement. They were meant to be cotton/linen but turned out to be a cheap, nasty, thin, polyester mix. They were both meant to be the same size, but one fit me and the other was too small. I recommend that you avoid this company.

I ordered a blazer for £34 as it was the length I wanted as difficult to get this length in stores , it took a week to arrive and no way to contact anyone unless you download an app which I didn’t want to do , arrived this morning all terribly creased up and unwearable without dry cleaning, in a coarse 109 percent weird polyester material , the worst materiel feeling on your skin , I emailed for a refund and how to return it , I tried to search review and didn’t find till today , that is why I never want to take a chance on unknown companies , then the genuine ones suffer , , I want my money back , it stinks of chilli / curry powder and BO

SHELIA is a scam. Ordered a camel jacket and hood with black trim. What I received was nothing like the photo. The sleeves were tight and even the buttons were white instead of beige.
This company obviously do not check the garments being produced in China before shipping. They insisted I pay for the return to a Chinese address. In the end I received 50% refund. Do not trust the photos or description. A total scam.

I ordered a tunic. It didn't fit, and was gautier than it looked online. Customer Services ask it to be returned to an address in China. This is at my expense, and would probably be more expensive than the tunic! Don't use this company!

I am growing more nervous ....of EVER receiving my paid for item!

The goods supplied were not as described. I contacted to arrange a refund, 2 emails, one call and text message and received no response. Would not advise purchasing from this company

Do not buy from this store. It does not reply to emails and it takes ages for delivery. The item I purchased is of very poor quality. The stitching is not straight and does not look like the item in the picture . I requested a refund label and my money back but did not get a reply.
