This is the most horrible website ever, you return their fake below quality item back to them same way it was received and they refuse to process your refund. I repeat stay away from this horrible website. All they sell is fake substandard products
I’m very, very stressed because I read bad shipping reviews too late. I ordered 6 items on 7dec and it shipped out this morning (8th), but shipping is 7-10,business days. I NEED the package to be here before the 19th and after reading all the reviews I’m afraid it won’t arrive in time. I know I can’t do anything but I’m really worried. (And no, express shipping was not an option in my country)

At no point on the site does it mention returns need to be sent to an International address, this cost me £10 at the Post Office and I would never have ordered if I had been made aware of this.
Im now in my 3rd week of constantly chasing up my return only to be told it hasn't arrived yet?
The customer service is awful, this has caused me a lot of stress particularly after reading similar reviews as I cannot afford to lose this money so to receive replies with emojis and being told 'plz dont worry' and called 'hun' etc is not appreciated.
