Will not be using again
I had an issue with an address (my fault completely) where I mistyped one of the digits of my postcode. I emailed them before they dispatched the items and they assured me they had already spotted the issue and the items hadn't been sent yet.
However, once the parcel hadn't come I contacted them but the staff were unhelpful and told me I had to fix it myself contacting the courier etc. Which I did (although I would expect this to be done on the customers behalf from previous experience). Despite my efforts parcel force returned the parcel to sender.
I went back to shelving megastore and told them it had been returned, showed them the tracking and requested they be sent again as I was on a tight deadline. I was basically told there was nothing they could do as far as they were concerned they sent the item to the correct address. Even though I messaged them before they sent the item to say one of the digits on the postcode was incorrect. I said I'd spent a lot of money with them and expected a solution. They then said that my order was a small order to them - which I don't think is something you should say to a customer??
After an exchange of emails where I said their customer service was poor (to which they took great offence) they then backtracked and as a gesture of goodwill sent me my parcel again and it arrived very quickly. It's a shame that being nice gets you no where. Adding an extra star as the unit was very good and easy to assemble - but I will not be using them again.
