SHEIN customer service is terrible
SHEIN customer service is terrible. I had an item that misdelivered and the tracking clearly showed it was delivered to the wrong city and state. When I filed my dispute they told me that I need to provide picture proof of my address in order to receive any credit at all. I refused and told them to refer to the tracking details that clearly showed an incorrect address. They would not credit my order so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Worst customer service experience of my life
