Reliable and fast delivery

Martin was extremely helpful, I needed a quick delivery and he did his upmost to make sure I got it. I bought the Ticket to Ride: Legacy Legends of the West, the best price both online and in stores, arrived well packaged and fast. Would highly recommend this shop.

Pre-ordered a JT booster box a while ago was emailed by the owner saying there is a shortage of stock. The owner let me change my order from JT to the new set Destined rivals. Recieved my booster box on release. Thanks alot!

Fantastic customer service. Always quick replies and very informative. Very good stock options and also a more than reasonable guy. Quick delivery times too it’s always with me within a few days. I’ve placed a few orders now and will definitely be a returning customer.

I preordered stock in February for Pokemon SV Journey Together. I was told they got less than estimated allocation for this stock - disappointing but understandable - so they said they would update me on whether they would get more stock.

They did not update me for 2 months so I had to reach out and ask for an update. Response was same situation as before. Again, understandable but disappointing that I had to reach out for an update.

Today they sent an email out saying they had no news on Journey Together stock, but gave me priority on some Prismatic Evolutions stock. Great right? This is the price they gave me:

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a retailer, charging double RRP.

Scalper behaviour. Avoid.

Purchased goods, then got told they don't have stock allocation.

Cancelled my pre order due to not enough stock - missed out from other retailers as I banked on this being in stock now not available anywhere.

Excellent service and fast delivery. Got to it through boardgamesprices.co.uk . I did worry at one point that it looked fake as I couldn't find the game I bought, by navigating their website. But after purchase, everything went really smoothly with free delivery!

Everything arrived as expected. One of the items I ordered ran out of stock, and I instantly received an email asking if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement, and to make up for the inconvenience, they even included a couple of promo cards. The customer service was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

Second order. Prices fantastic. Service amazing. Keep on doing what you are doing because you are smashing it. Ps your website isn’t the best on mobile very clunky but everything else makes up for that.

Place a pre order months ago the game released months ago, still no game, listed email address states not a domain name, very worried.
Further....... Order eventually sorted out, everything ironed out, Score updated. MANY thanks, Jonny.
